The bath was really nice and the locker for luggage was quite spacious. I also couldn't believe how many different kinds of free food/snacks there were! So many different options from popcorn and pancakes to ramen and curry, and it all tasted great! I would definitely stay here again.

24hr onsen, free toiletries, free food all day, massage chairs, convenient location, laundry on site, quiet, great value for the area.
Not enough air flow in the capsule, one elevator so you have to wait quite a while. Not a huge deal though.

Lots of facilities, friendly staff, and the capsule was cozy.
I wish the capsule would have had a bit more storage space for my belongings. I had a lot of luggage and it was inconvenient to be separated from it.

The amenities are great with free breakfast and extra shampoos and skincare choices. They have the best curry for breakfast and some mixed rice after 9 pm. They’re delicious. The dining hall has soda machines and free alcohol after 5 pm. The free chicken broth and miso soup is available throughout the day.
The locker and the room are separated, so we had to move up and down to get our stuff. The onsen is on the 8th floor while the dining is on 9th floor. The capsules are stacked together and it’s hard to climb up and down. There’s no damper to the walls so noise is heard clearly. There’s only one elevator so it can be a while to wait.

Amazing facilities and amenities like free coffee/ramen/popcorn/miso soup, smoking room, onsen, laundry, and clean showers. The staff were super nice too. They also provide lots of skin and hair care.
Only bad part about the pods is how congested they got even with the “air flow” from the mini ac.

I love the Onsen, the food (my favorite is ramen, popcorn and their seasonings, curry in the morning), the hair & beauty products (line of Refa is a luxury) for women. Everything is perfect. I would stay here again if I am traveling alone.
Walk from Shimbashi station is little bit longer than I expected. The rooms can get pact at one point. Luggage organization is a challenge.

Wonderful
I really like this capsule place, it has so many free amenities. The free curry and ramen was delicious. Lots of free things. All I needed was underwear, bra and change of clothes. They offer a lot of thing. The customer service was amazing. So friendly and so polite. It's a good women only capsule place. They stored your luggage before check in and after check out. They offer a lot. Highly recommend this place and I will be back :)
The only thing I really didn't like was the other guests. They were not considerate to other guest. They were noisy at night or early morning. Especially on the weekend. People should respect other people. It's not the capsule or the staff fault. People are just rude. This place was great.

Definitely going for the spa-getaway experience. Appreciate all the spa amenities, food immediately available, proximity to Ginza 6 shopping.
Not close to public transportation if you have bags to carry. Minimum 10 minute walk to subway or bus stops. Lounge, lockers, bathing area, capsules, all on different floors.

Amazing. Free toiletries, slippers, great coffee and tea, miso soup, so so breakfast, ramen for dinner. OPEN bar after 5 pm. Massage chairs, onsen with all toiletries you didn’t even think you would need!!! ALL FREE! Beds are comfy too and nice sheets nice towels too!
Pancakes should be for breakfast. No fond of the breakfast food. Could change it occasionally

I liked the wide selection of amenities, drinks, food, hair care products, and other items necessary for women.
I booked from overseas, but the price was different from what was written on the poster at the entrance. The door key to rooms didn't work from the start.

My one complaint is the 4th floor bathroom has a persistent bad odor of sewer gas, like the plumbing trap isn’t working.

Having the onsen , massage chairs and sauna really helped after a long day of sightseeing. The beds were comfortable. Having snacks and drinks available was great and so was the location.
the bottom bunk was low and had the steps right in front of where you would get up. I did hit my head a couple times. The steps could be a little different location.

The staff was super friendly and it had a lot of great amenities such as free ramen and massage chairs.
The bed was not comfortable. The blanket was super warm and made me too hot. The bed was just a thin memory foam over a hard surface. My hips hurt while sleeping.
