Having the onsen , massage chairs and sauna really helped after a long day of sightseeing. The beds were comfortable. Having snacks and drinks available was great and so was the location.
the bottom bunk was low and had the steps right in front of where you would get up. I did hit my head a couple times. The steps could be a little different location.

The staff was super friendly and it had a lot of great amenities such as free ramen and massage chairs.
The bed was not comfortable. The blanket was super warm and made me too hot. The bed was just a thin memory foam over a hard surface. My hips hurt while sleeping.

So many amenities! They had everything you could need in terms of hair and bathing products. Free alcohol and free food were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast curry rice was so yummy and the onsen was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and quite private once you pull down the shades.
My moms tv turned on automatically at 5am for some reason so it woke her up but everything else was amazing.

The comfiest capsule hotel beds I’ve stayed in. Massive capsules that my 6’2” person didn’t have any issue with sitting upright or stretching out at night and hitting a wall. The onsen was absolutely amazing and so were the massage chairs. I’ve never been to an all nude public bath before but everyone is incredibly respectful and just there to relax and get clean. The breakfast and snacks/drinks throughout the day was also amazing. I think it may have been the best breakfast curry I had all trip!
If you want a social place, this is not it. Everyone keeps to themselves and the lounge is even very quiet. It may be awkward if you want to be on the phone or talking with another person. (On the other hand, as a single traveler who likes the quiet this was amazing to me).

They had free curry in the morning then at night they had free pop corn and ramen. The hot artificial spring was really nice. Especially an the amenities you got for showers and to get ready.
The charging port in the capsule was pretty slow. It took almost all night to charge my charger back and phone together.

It's a capsule hotel so there's not much you can ask for but they do have some great amenities like an incredible massage chair that is so helpful after a long day of walking. There's also a sauna and Onsen. Sauna is tiny but gets very hot which is great and the Onsen is pretty decent and there are a ton of products available for use. Women definitely keep to themselves here and expect others to be respectful of that as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I loved that the they provide a lock for oversized luggage to be kept safe unlike other capsule hotels. They also provide snacks and drinks though obviously not best quality as it is all free. Bed was not uncomfortable to my surprise and as my first capsule experience and if on a budget I would stay again.
I only wish that there was a dedicated space to be able to re-pack luggage.

I love everything about it. From the staff to the amenities. I love how you can come in without anything and will be able to have such comfortable stay. They provide what girls need like hair and face essentials. It came with such a great onsen bath which was super relaxing and much needed after a long day. The layout of the hotel is also good making it super practical and easy to use. Also, the curry and ramen as a daily food feature was the best thing ever. I highly recommend this for ladies going on a solo trip. I wish I stayed longer

I liked the lounge including free snacks and breakfast the most. Rooms are capsule but you have space in common areas that you can relax.
I could not lock my capsule only closed the curtain. But I stored my everything in locker room.

The facilities were clean. Capsules are spacious. The public bath offers a lot of different products to choose from (shampoo, skin care, etc.). There is even 2 face steamers available. The lounge area has massage chairs, free food and alcoholic beverages, and mangas you can read. Station is not too far and there is a family mart accross the street.
The location is good but not the greatest. I got the top bunk bed and it was difficult getting in and out of the bed. If I had to go back, I would pick the bottom bed.

Everything is included curry breakfast (although after 4 days something else would have been good), tea/coffee/miso and rice all day, ramen in the evening. The spa bath was wonderful each day after long walking . Capsule was well thought out, has everything you need. Mine had a side entry which was preferable to end entry

I like how the staff was friendly, I liked all of the complementary stuff the provide, I like that the towels are by the elevator so you don’t have to ask for towels and how comfortable/ roomie the capsules are

I felt so safe! The facility is so clean and all products were provided. Amazing amentities and free food services. There are also high quality massage chairs and the onsen was fantastic.
