Wonderful
This was my second year in the row booking this property for my stay whilst in Tokyo. I was so blown away by the overall comfort and amenities provided in this place last year, that I had swore if I ever returned to Tokyo, this is definitely the place I would want to book again, and so I did. There were some minor changes observed as compared to the previous year, such as different food options now available, the rearrangement of certain furnitures, and a different cleaning schedule, but nothing to complain about. An improvement to the public bath was the new addition of a private shower stall for guests who are more modest when needing to use the bathing facilities. Overall, the amazing amenities provided are as astounding as ever, with a relaxing lounge stocked with free flow food and drinks almost all day long, reading materials and massage chairs to chill and relax with, a variety of hair and skincare products at your disposal, etc. Probably due to making my booking very early in advance, I also managed to secure one of the capsules with a slightly different configuration that housed a larger TV screen, which I took advantage of and enjoyed watching local TV programs on. But what earned my respect the most of this property was actually a signage posted right outside the entrance welcoming anybody, customer or otherwise, to freely enter and partake in complimentary drinking water if necessary, as it was the midst of summer and heat strokes are a real danger.
There were only a couple downsides I had experienced during my stay this time, one of which was the comfort of the capsule itself. Probably due to the summer heat, it was difficult to properly regulate the temperature in the capsule to a comfortable degree, leading to either overly warm or overly cold nights. And the somewhat discomfort of the pillow itself was not helpful either. Another potential for improvement is with the staff when it comes to general knowledge on summer necessities. With this being my first time in Japan in the midst of the summer and my very first day of my travels, I had asked a staff at the reception area where I may purchase a UV protection umbrella nearby. She had no idea and suggested I check the train station, to which they in fact did not sell any. Without any other choice, I spent my first full day traveling under the scorching summer sun, suffering from the heat, risking sunburn and a heat stroke. Only to find out by sheer chance at the very end of the day, that UV protection umbrellas are widely sold in Family Mart, and the nearest Family Mart had been right opposite the hotel entrance all along.

The food, the massage chairs, the location, the service was all great!
Only complaint is how hot it is inside the pods. I had to leave mine open during the night because I got too hot.

All inclusive - breakfast, dinner, and drinks. All the amenities are also included. You can try out different brands of amenities for free.
Air inside the capsule. It was very hot and private AC didn't work for me. It smells a bit musky l or moldy. I just hated the smell inside capsule.

The location offers so many excellent amenities, including free drinks, snacks, and breakfast (you could honestly get away with eating 2 full meals there a day!), a sauna, and PJs and toiletries. Relaxing in the onsen at the end of the day was great. The lounge was much bigger with way more chairs and tables than a different capsule hotel I stayed in, so I never had trouble finding a spot. It was also open all day which was a plus, as other capsule hotels seem to close during the day for cleaning. I would say this is a great capsule hotel to stay in if you want a bit of a spa experience away from the busy city center.
The location was a bit far from the city center and major tourist attractions. The capsules weren't as well insulated as some others I've stayed in, so it was a bit noisier than I expected, but nothing earplugs didn't take care of. Be aware that there are no private shower stalls, only a public shower room, so this may be uncomfortable for guests from certain cultures.

With only one elevator, travelling between floors gooo some time.

All the products they provide, including the pajamas and towels, are spotless. Everything is exceptionally clean, and drinks are available at all times. The staff is very kind.
I appreciate that it’s a women-only space, but at times more privacy is needed—especially for showering or simply changing clothes. There is only one individual shower, and the water was mostly cold; it was only warm at the beginning. The relaxation room also felt too small for the number of people using it.

The amenities on the 8th and 9th floor are very nice and very nice to have access to beauty and personal products while traveling.
The pods did not have good air flow and you could hear everything around you. I did not expect it to be completely sound proof but the walls of the pods were so thin I could hear everything from people walking past to just moving around in their pods. There is also only one elevator and it took a very long time to use. We looked for stairs and they were locked.

I liked the amenities and the free stuff they offered! No need to bring towels, shampoo, toothbrushes, hair curlers/dryers, they have it all! The first place I stayed at during my Japan trip. Do note, the shower area is public, aka you will be showering in front of others. Lots of diff shampoos and conditioners though, so it balances out :P
Literally no complaints, everything was good.

I liked the food, drinks, bath facility, massage machine, and amenities.
The cubicle was too close to the floor that it was difficult to go in and out. It seemed unsecured cubicle while being absence of the person as I lost my blouse from it. A bit of disappointment.

Lovely to have 24 hr reception, and some food and drink always available along with the sauna and bath space and massage chairs. Very appreciated
The pod curtains are a bit see through. Wish there had been roof access to be able to go outside.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel and I was amazed at all the amenities the hotel provided - pyjamas, a wide selection of toiletries, food, snacks, drinks and even an onsen & sauna. Staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy.
As the hotel is spread out over 9 floors and there's only 1 lift - it took a while to move between floors. It would be nice to have your locker on the same level that you stay on.. so you don't have to keep going down to Level 2. It's good there are stairs to use if you don't want to wait for the lift - but as the stairs are uncovered - they get wet when it rains. But I understand this is Japan and space is limited.
