Location is great. Lots of restaurant in the area. Hotel is clean and nice. Everything is close. We had room with view on tv station, was very nice

I loved the open air spa, it was the first time I have tried an onsen and loved the experience. The location of the hotel was so good. Train station is so close and lots of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location right near the subway. The staff were so friendly and happy to help us. We stayed for our honeymoon and they gave us a lovely room with a view of Tokyo Tower!

We had a good view of Tokyo Tower. The location was right near the Roppongi station with great restaurants around the hotel. The onsen on the top floor was a highlight of our stay.
The laundry facility was only one working machine. The staff were helpful for the most part, but mismanaged our luggage forwarding which delayed our bag delivery.

Close to Roppongi station. Despite not having a wardrobe, the room was actually spacious and it had a very large bed. Overall was clean and comfortable.
The wifi is shockingly BAD. It wont even load a google page or your instagram feed. Facilities are great, but a bit dated and small for the amount of people who stay in the hotel: the onsen tends to get really crowded, and with only 1 washing machine in use (the second one was broken) it was impossible to do laundry at a convenient time.

Roppongi is beautiful and this hotel is right in the middle of it. It was great being so close to the station and so close to a lot of delicious food and parks. The rooftop spa was wonderful as well, and the room with a view of the Tokyo Tower was a great choice. We would definitely stay again!

Great location if you need to be in Roppongi. The spa on the top floor is a nice Japanese style bath.
The rooms were the smallest we stayed in, in Japan. Bed is pushed up against one wall and there is too much furniture to be comfortable. And for some reason they have removed coffee from the room and you have to go to the front desk for it. The women's steam room in the public bath needs some attention.

Position near the station. Baths and sauna. Comfortable small room and good air conditioner
Late check in. I think its 3pm even if the room is ready. They charge about $20 for every hour you check in early.
