The hotel is conveniently located near a station, restaurants, and convenience stores. Breakfast is included and is decent. The elevator is quick.
Our room smelled bad (like stinky feet), and the walls were quite dirty.

Location was great for us. Close to the Tozai line, but in a quiet area so perfect to wind down after a day of sighseeing in the overcrowded streets and shops. Staff very friendly. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. We liked the complementary pyamas (refreshed daily!) Breakfast was a fairly big spread for such a small hotel and rotated daily. Catered a bit more to the Japanese palette, but we were very happy with it. Very good value for money. We liked the firm mattresses and pillows. Very close to Disney.
The only English TV channel didn't seem to work on the TV. It's just a minor detail, but worth mentioning. Wifi became a bit unstable a few days into the trip. We would stay here again, 100%.

Staff very friendly. Everytime we left the hotel we came back to a clean room. Close to the train station, laundromat, restaurants. Nice neighborhood.
Continental breakfast was good but the same everyday.

The hotel provides a surprisingly wide array of food for breakfast (relative to the small size of the hotel), which includes Japanese cuisine, bread, curry, and even desserts. The location was close to the subway station as well as the Kasai Rinkai Park, which I was able to visit at the same night I arrived at the hotel. The restaurant choices were also abundant around the hotel.
The location might be a little unfriendly to some travelers, I guess. Since the only way to the city center of Tokyo was through the metro, traveling in the morning could be challenging. It also took more time to go to some places that required transferring to other metro lines, such as Daiba.

Location was great. A few minutes walk from the train station. There were restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel too! Amenities were also provided.
Breakfast was good. However, it would be nice to have a variety of dishes. Since we checked in, we were served the SAME breakfast EVERYDAY. A change would be nice.

It was great value for the location. The room wasn’t big, but it was very comfortable. The hotel is located close to a metro station, which made getting around easy. All the necessary amenities were available. The staff were very helpful and gave us a quiet room, so we could sleep well.
There was no wardrobe due to the small size of the room.

Amazing quality, convenient being so close to the train station. The staff were very helpful
On checkout day, I checked under the beds and found rubbish from the previous tenants, including a dominos bag and a loose slipper. Also the pillows were rather hard, and some days we did not receive pjs.
