Wonderful
Very clean rooms with plenty of space. Bathroom was spacious. Location is excellent for using public transportation. A entrance directly into Otemachi station and very close to Tokyo station.
Getting to your room from ground level is a little circuitous, but that's an extremely small gripe.

Staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious for Tokyo and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a big plus.
Not much. The breakfast was limited and there weren’t a lot of good choices close by. You had to reserve the tiny swimming pool in advance. That system was perhaps overly complicated.

A nice and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent right next to the Imperial Garden which makes for a scenic and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and convenient place to stay!

This is an upmarket hotel in an excellent position. We had fantastic views of Mount Fuji and used the kitchenette. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is easy access to the subway.
It is an expensive place and lacks a little charm. There could have been a few snacks or drinks provided.

Clean, convenient and lovely. Only issues were when checking in, later at night 9:00pm - 10:00 the fellow at the desk spoke very little English and tried unsuccessfully to explain bars and restaurants were closing by 10pm due to holiday? All staff were very professional and kind. Unrealistic expectations on our part that this caliber hotel would have bilingual staff able to make recommendations. The fellow on the desk the following night was much more fluent and explained very clearly.
Nothing just disappointed that our late arrival meant we had to buy snacks and beer at a convenience store for husbands birthday celebration.
