Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable.
There is no signage outside. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Only one person was available to check in guests. We had a long wait each time we stopped at the desk. Disappointing when considering how much we paid per night.

A beautiful hotel/apartment concept, the location is in the business area of the city, very spacious and nice.
The hotel doesnt have a bar or restaurant during the weekend which it sucks and the entrance is a bit odd since youre getting into a business tower

Gorgeous property excellent value in a very expensive area of Tokyo.
Did not love the mattresses in the room, somewhat too firm for my taste. Might be fine for others.

Hotel is great, located in an excellent area at the top of the building. Walking distance to restaurants, Imperial Palace, great stores. Room was great, and gym/pool too.
Price. I understand I was in a high season though.

Beautiful room and well next to Subway station
We didnt realize that it is in the middle of the business district. Consequently, less charm, and that is good for a family vacation. However, proximity to the subway made it easy to get everywhere.
