Worse customer service from the team and management. Rooms are tiny no room for baggage. No kids allowed in the pool outside July.

We had a health problem and needed to get into our room as soon as possible. Though fully booked, the staff went out of their way to get us into the earliest room they could. We really appreciated their concern as well as professional demeanor. Excellent customer service. In addition, the room was super clean and well designed.

Very Poor
Very little. The location was decent, but the train stop immediately in front of the hotel does not connect to the standard tokyo subway system and was far less useful than hoped.
Our room was on the 7th floor (no view) and stunk of cigarette smoke. Apparently ours was a smoking floor, which somehow still exists in 2023. Staff did not speak any English and was unhelpful. An empty rooftop bar was members only. Awful stay.

Location The staff is great.
The rooms were supposed to be NON smoking. But it smelled of cigarette smoke. Horrible. The first room that was assigned to us in the 21st floor was hot. The aircon was not working. The second room that was assigned to us smelled of cigarette smoke. The room where we finally stayed in needed a deep clean because the bed is very old, the furniture was in the 1980s. It was a 5 star hotel but very old and outdated. I hope they make a complete over haul and renovation.

Location was very good.
Although a pool is advertised as part of the facilities, it's not open to everyone. You cannot go in with tatoos. You also need to pay entry fee and children have restricted access. Disappointing as the pool was the main reason we booked. A bit dated, rooms/linen could do with updating.

Room was nonsmoking but there was some stink. Few years ago it was definitely a smoking room. Floor covering was very old, looked even dirty with spots, in the room and corridors. There is swimming pool but nowhere it was written during booking it is not free. Even worse, its not even good price, we were astonished its 5500 yens for two persons. At 3pm we were waiting 60minutes for checking, long checkin queue.
