The hotel was cheap and clean. It’s perfect if you’re traveling solo and has everything that you need to have be comfortable. Room service was 10/10 everyday they would leave fresh toiletries outside your door. Theirs also a Lawson just outside if you need anything.
The location is a 10 minute uphill walk from Shibuya station. It’s not a bad distance, but you’re going to be walking a lot on your vacation and if you’re not prepared it can be a brutal trek to make by the end of the day. It also only had one elevator in the building that I was in. Be prepared to wait awhile if you try using it during busy hours because it can fill up fast with people and their luggage. It’s easy to work around it if you use your jet lag to your advantage.

Great location, nice facilities in the room. Fairly close to Shibuya Station. Plenty of restaurant and stores nearby
The entire hotel is operated under one temperature control and it was hit most of my stay. There are no individual thermostats in the rooms. Big downside.

Good location. Walking distance to Shibuya station. Clean. Except for the safety deposit box, most basic needs were provided like smart tv, sleep wear, cups, toothpaste toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, towels , and the like. Even hair tie and slippers.
The air conditioning & bidet were not working. The bathroom is clean but has a certain smell that comes off even after I sprayed the anti bacterial spray they offer in the room. It’s tolerable though. But i think it comes from the drain. The hotel provides air conditioning inside the room but since it is not working, the room was too warm for us even in Nov. We had to open the window to have cool air circulating in the room.

Location was good to explore Shibuya. The coin laundry was good.
Rooms were even smaller than some of the other Tokyo hotels we stayed. All rooms are either on heat or cool. It rained and they switched it to heat and we couldn’t cool the room down since the system was on heat. They switched back to cooling the next day and that helped.

The room is really well designed and the layout worked well. I loved the ease of checking in and getting into the room.
The staff could be friendlier. They weren’t very helpful at check in. The wifi casting also didn’t work.

It's in Shibuya but still 15min walk from the station
Room super small, I could not enter the bed (I'm 1.90) and I took the double deb (big size) I could not fit in the shower. Don't be claustrophobic, there is no window... The reception and everything is automatic, no human, not even a chair in the reception to wait for your family. Really unwelcoming. For fully automatic I'd rather take an Airbnb.

There was nothing to like,
There was nothing to like, the hotel was under construction, the worst of all my stays so far in Japan, I did stay at one of their other properties, and it was great, half the price, twice as big, had an onset and other services, a real treat for the beginning of my stay, this place was a piece of crap - my original room was so small and configured such that I could not even open my suitcase, in the past you could at least open it in on the floor and slide it under the bed, they did give me another room and I could do that but air conditioning was not working i guess because of the construction and when I called down to the front desk they told me to open the window, nothing like trying to sleep to the sounds of emergency vehicles and the nights of Tokyo - so I was up all night, left the hotel at 6am in the morning just to get the hell out of there and catch my train North at 9:30 am
