Fairly close to the Oedo subway line. Beds had a control panel for lights, temperature, and charging outlets which were convenient.

Good location. Tip: for the most part i was able to avoid Shinjuku station by transferring at Yoyogi, Tochomae or Ayoma-Itachome stations.

The property was clean and met expectations Staff was somewhat helpful and made an effort to communicate despite any language barriers The food was good and reasonably priced—great for something quick and convenient before heading out
The space was a bit small The bathroom setup made it easy for water to spill outside the tub, so it can get messy when stepping out The water tank cover was faulty and missing a piece to properly secure it—this led to an accident where a ring was dropped in and couldn’t be retrieved, resulting in a loss despite staff attempting to help

It was not conmfortable at all. The materass was extremly thin (very used :( ) Location was not that good, far from all main toursitique areas, except Shinjuku, in all cases you need at least two trains to go to the main tourist areas.

Excellent location, very well organized and very clean. Excellent breakfast
Room was extremely small. The bed was wedged under the window between the wall, so it could have been only accessed from one side. It required some “gymnastics” by the person on the side closer to the wall to get out of bed. No closet/drawer space at all. Bags can be stored under the bed. Two hooks for hangers on the wall. Tiny but functional bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The location was excellent—right in the middle of the main attractions, making it very easy to get around and explore the city. Access to the hotel was simple and convenient, which made our travel experience smooth from start to finish. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great option for anyone visiting Tokyo, combining convenience, comfort, and a perfect location.

The staff is very kind and accomodating, and the location is good.
The room is very small, your bed is beside the window, there's almost no room for luggage. Pillows are hard, bathroom is squeezed. I felt like a sardine.

The location is very good. It’s three blocks from the metro, which is very useful. It’s very close to the Dotunbury which is a wonderfully good time.
That room is extremely small for two people. Somebody had to sleep against the wall, but when you try to climb down to the end of the bed to get out, you would hit your body on the TV monitor so you have to go over your partner’s legs during the night I found that to me hilarious, but inconvenient. When we arrived with all our bags, our first impression is that the lobby is lovely as with all the APA hotels and they’re all a good value, but they would not allow us to check in until 3 PM and it was noon and we wanted to start our day as we had just arrived from Tokyo. So they charged us 40 extra dollars and then allowed us to check in. This hotel is extremely large and I did not want to spend an hour checking later when a massive amount of people were allowed to check in. I’d like to make the point that they would’ve stored our luggage for us for free, but there was a line 10 deep for that already. If the room is available, I’m not sure why they just don’t allow you to have it but that’s the way it is.

The 19th floor gave a fantastic view of Tokyo and the bed was very comfy.
Location was further out than we liked and not on the man metro lines. It was also one of the most expensive places we stayed on our visit to Japan.

The value for what we received was really great. It was amazingly efficient including anything you would need in such a small space. I wish there was more opportunity for human interaction and request accommodations.
