Very Good
The room was comfortable and clean. It's in a good central location, close to the train station and stores. The staff was approachable and accommodating.
The breakfast was included but had very limited options. Most items were more like dinner and the only real breakfast item was mostly bread.

The breakfast was not very good in quality or selection. We stayed in other hotels in this area that had much better breakfasts. We did not choose the breakfast option for our extra days here.

I enjoy the size of the bathroom as it includes a walk in shower and big tub. Any time I am flying in an out of Haneda, this is my go to place to stay. A lot of different restaurants around helps as well to make it an excellent stay.

Keikyu Kamata station is a great place to stay with menu affordable and great restaurants such as Tanya, Sukiya, Ootoya, making daily meals very convenient.

the room was a very small. we could hardly fit our luggage in the room let alone open them up and pack. perfect for a couple that travels light. if you have a family and buys a bunch of stuff to take home get a larger room.

For the size of the room, they packed in everything possible. Great location; Great rate! 10 minute walk from station if that. Breakfast choices were a bit on the odd side but tastee.

It was clean and conveniently located to 2 different train stations. I really like that at APA properties you get a bag with fresh towels everyday. Bathroom was different yet quite nice with shower and bathtub side by side. Missed being able to slide my suitcase under the bed like at the APA Osaka property I stayed at. Glad I spent just a few extra dollars/yen to get the larger (queen) bed. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
The free breakfast was not very good. That could be a cultural difference in part yet two different members of our party really didn't like it. Also only 2 washing machines for such a large property made it near impossible to do laundry.

Very clean. Enough space to stay.
Only shower is available to use.
There is no bath tub inside room , so if you want to expect it as usual as general japanese hotel , you will be dissatisfied.
