It was clean and conveniently located to 2 different train stations. I really like that at APA properties you get a bag with fresh towels everyday. Bathroom was different yet quite nice with shower and bathtub side by side. Missed being able to slide my suitcase under the bed like at the APA Osaka property I stayed at. Glad I spent just a few extra dollars/yen to get the larger (queen) bed. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
The free breakfast was not very good. That could be a cultural difference in part yet two different members of our party really didn't like it. Also only 2 washing machines for such a large property made it near impossible to do laundry.

The rooms are small, but this is typical and generally acceptable by Japanese hotel standards. The staff are friendly and helpful—they even handle package deliveries smoothly, which is very convenient. The hotel provides a laundromat, but there are only two machines, so you may need to wait if the hotel is fully booked. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the nearby station. There are convenience stores like 7-Eleven and small neighborhood supermarkets within easy reach. If you’re arriving at or departing from Haneda Airport, this hotel is a great choice, as it’s only a short train ride away.
The breakfast area is quite small, but there are plenty of alternative options near the station. The rooms are small too, though that’s typical for Japan. Early check-in wasn’t accommodated without an extra charge—a small complimentary gesture for early arrivals would have been appreciated.

APA has a line of bigger and smaller hotels and this is a smaller one, but the rooms are actually bigger than other APA we stayed in. The service room is smaller with two laundry/dryer machines, etc. I only stayed for one night and didn't get to use its restaurant, but the small hill of oyster shells near its entrance implies a very vibrant dining experience. The bathroom glass can be turned on to be transparent or not by a switch. From the train station, you might see the sign of another APA (nishi, west one), don't go there. Check your map and you need to cross a small bridge to get to this one.

More spacious than most Tokyo hotels. Perfect for families. Parking was great. Area was not as busy as most of the other areas around Tokyo. Staff was courteous. Laundry machines were front loading which were great.

The staff was nice.
The room was filthy. We had mold and large amounts of dust in the room. They could not offer us a room other than the staff's room, which would have needed to be cleaned before we could use it, and with the way our two rooms were, we didn't expect it would be worth the switch. It was so unexpected how much dust was in the rooms, and that there was mold in the bathrooms and at the front door and in the vents. They could not send someone to the room to clean it because they said they did not have staff to clean the room at night. They did not clean the room the next day even after we had shown the staff all the issues the night before. The only thing other than offer to trade rooms, which we didn't accept with one of the workers was did we want water. It was very disappointing. It was highly unexpected especially with the normally high standards of cleanliness in Japanese hotels. If anyone wishes to stay at this hotel please do an inspection before you accept your room. Please check for mold and dust. The dust on the divider between the room and the closet and behind the television especially. It looks as though they had not dusted these areas in over a year. We took pictures which are on our phones and they also took pictures because I wanted them to send them to the owner. We hope all our concerns were taken seriously and future customers will not have to deal with this situation because it really was awful and unexpected. No refund or any compensation. The breakfast is not included at this location.
