Poor
I gave the property a low score, because for some weird reason, they put me through hoops and loops to get a company invoice that I didn’t receive yet, which I originally requested when I made the reservation. The staff seems to be apathetic towards doing a proper job. I will never stay at this APA branch again.

Very nice property, and just a short walk from the train station with a family mart and 7-11 just around the corner.
The room is definitely a bit small, but we were anle to make do.

The room was extremely small and felt very cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It was so tight that I couldn’t even fully open my suitcase to access my belongings.

Close to Honzomon metro
AC not working at the middle of the night, No phone to call the reception. Had to walk down to the reception at the middle of the night and report. No proper sleep after. Then I had to pay 2000 yen when checked out at 10.45 AM saying I was 45 mins late. Poor service !

The hotel is located in a quiet location only about two blocks away from public transit. It's a safe and easy neighborhood to walk around. The rooms are small, but they're kept very clean. The room was a good value for the price and included small amenities like bathrobes and toothbrushes. The property has a self service laundry facility which was convenient.

I like that the staff always made sure the rooms had everything they need.
I did not see a "do not disturb" sign to use for the door. Twice I was woken up by the housekeeper and she insisted that she come in. My sleep was off so I had only fallen asleep one hour before she insisted on coming in my room. I could not get to sleep after she left. I did not need or want service.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice
The only downside was if you need to do laundry might want to only do a few items or go to a laundry mat. So many people waiting. They touch your clothes and put them in bags and set them to the side. Had our clothes in the dryer for 2+ hours and they still weren’t dry. We felt bad so we took them out when they were damp and hung them all around our room then woke up SUPER early to dry for one more cycle. Lint was flying all over so maybe they just haven’t changed the lint and it’s causing the dryer to not work efficiently
