The property has all the necessities in a great location at the intersection of 2 JR lines.
The room is quite small and the WiFi is terrible, which is surprising for Japan. They even have a dedicated network for each room. For the price, I think it was a decent value, but next time I would perhaps pay up for a bigger room. The bed and pillows were firm, which is common in Asia, so it’s probably just me.

Our room was very tight on space but the bed was awesome. I did not wake up with a backache. I need to find out what kind of matress they use. I forgot to look.

Good location two blocks away from the main street so very quiet. I was waiting for a package to arrive by noon even though I was checked out at ten and they received and held it for me as well as my luggage while I waited and got some food. Excellent location good value.

Pretty poor APA and I’ve stayed at other APA hotels. It was very dirty, got woken up very early by housekeeping and other hotel guests throughout the night. There are many clubs around and they are very loud drunk people on the weekends. There is no laundry to wash clothing which was poor. The reception staff never greeted us and I just waited by the desk for them to greet me to try to check in as the lady just keep looking at her computer. It was so awkward and she is pretty blunt and rude. Possibly the worst we have had at any hotels in Japan. Spent over $300 a night and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Room right next to the lift and the tiniest shoebox room. Would not recommend. Sleep on the street it would be better than this!
