Good location for the price, where I wanted to be in Akihabara, staff was helpful, rooms were clean.
Minor thing: Pillows were japanese style, an option for a western style pillow would have really made this a 10/10. Nothing else bad, especially for the price

Location was perfect for my needs, as right next to main train station.
Found out after arriving at hotel, they had stopped laundry service, even though it was available when I made my booking. The launderette they suggested going to had really bad reviews.

Good location, quiet at night. Friendly staff.
Rooms are extremely small, cant really fit two large suitcases anywhere so a lot of hassle. Bed and bathroom are also very small, pillows super flat and not comfortable.

It was decently spacious for a business hotel and has a feel that makes you very comfortable the moment you step in. The bathroom is just right in size and the bathtub is very comfortable. I like that the staff were pretty nice. Everything was very clean and you get free water in your room and a working TV :)
The bed on it's own is comfortable, but the cushions are abominable. They're thin and hard. There are apparently better cushions, but if you ask me there aren't enough (they told me they were all out). Still don't let that stop you from staying here!
