Wonderful
Host was very kind and incredibly accommodating! Place was very clean, lots of amenities, and excellent location only 1 train stop from Haneda airport. It was perfect for our final night in Japan before we headed to the airport
Only note is that the shower curtain would sometimes flow inward and stick to you when the shower was warm due to the air currents

The best place to stay for an early/late flight at Haneda. Amenities are amazing, check-in is always smooth, the beds are very comfortable as well. 10/10!

Everything was superb, especially Yuka's hospitality, seriously not 5 ⭐, 6 ⭐ out of 5 It means it's was like more than my own home. Must visit 328 and enjoy everything free, like coffee, macha, towels, 200% recommended. I stayed for 5 nights, hopefully soon coming again. ?

The landlady/owner is very accommodating. I also like the distance to the train station (less than 10 mins walk) and the train going to haneda airport only takes around 5mins. There are a lot of convenience store nearby. The property itself is clean and comfy and the staff provides everything such as water, tea, coffee and the kitchen facilities is complete
There is no room or storage for the luggage. But its not a problem if you are only staying there for 1 night or 2 since you can leave it at the living area downstairs which is very safe

The location is very convenient if you fly from Haneda airport, just two hundred meters from the KK line and two stops to go there. The hostess is a kind person, really trying to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. However, one shouldn't forget that it is a hostel, not a hotel, so don't expect a rich breakfast (just a coffee). Nevertheless some small complementary things (like a warmer with hot water in your bad) are touching!

Perfect spot for a late night flight/early morning flight. 10 minutes from Haneda airport. The place felt extremely comfortable (probably the comfiest bed I slept in in Japan) with lots of room. There's two hang out places and a little kitchenette.
Everything was perfect. Only downside is that check in is quite late—6pm.

Wonderful, friendly hostess who spoke English fairly well. The only downside was that there was no room for large suitcases in the dormitory area, so they had to be left on the main level.

Great location, just a short flat walk to the local train station and about 10 mins from Haneda Airport. Very convenient when flying in/out either early or late. The bunk rooms were small but tidy, with blankets to keep you warm and an A/C unit for airflow. Showers were clean and spacious, the communal kitchen and fridge were very handy, and the hostel had an overall cozy vibe. The hostel's host was incredibly kind and hospitable. I accidentally left a valuable item behind, and she not only found it but also shipped it back to me. I’m very grateful and highly recommend 328 Hostel & Lounge.

Great property, beds were very private and nice. The woman working there was awesome and you can tell she has put a lot of thought and care into the place. There were a lot of small great small details and I appreciated that a lot.

Very close to the station, restaurants and kombinis. Great location if you want to stay near Haneda Airport. The space was very clean and staff was very welcoming.
There is only one shower on each floor, so to leave on time I was concerned and woke up very early in case someone was taking shower before me. I ended up not having any issues, but its something to pay attention to.

Great place if you need to get some sleep and to the airport. Its 5 min walk from a metro station and its a 4 min ride to the airport. Clean and comfy. Good kitchen.
You cant havw your luggedge with you in the room, they are small. There is space for it in the downstairs.
