Very convenient location, close to Kyoto station on the quiet side. Very clean room with good enough space. Nice selection of breakfast with Kyoto roasted brewed coffee.

The location is great - just a few minutes walking away from Kyoto station. This may not be the most lively region for tourists, but certainly makes transportation in and out of the city easy. There were easy check in/out machines in the lobby. They were able to store my luggage during the day. And there was a cute free toiletries bar in the lobby.

Easy check-in with super friendly staff! They provide cute & comfy PJs. It’s also close to Kyoto station about 5min away. It makes it very convenient to travel around Kyoto and transfer trains.

This Inn became one of my favorite spots to stay in Kyoto. Everything was perfect. The staff were nice, and they provided a lot of free amenities like a face sheetmask, hair treatment, a hair curling machine, etc., which I never thought they would give us for free haha. I really like the pajama set, which is very comfortable to wear. The room was super nice and hygienic. As my friend forgot their camera in the room after we had already checked out, the Inn just contacted us and offered to send it back. They worked really hard to find the way that works best for us. It's also close to Kyoto Station and near a lot of restaurants on my wish list to try. I would say everything about this Inn was a super good place to stay. ?

Room and bed were very large.
Bathroom is decent size too with 4ft bath.
4 mins from the train station.
Lawson is in the next building and a few other shops and 2 shopping centres near by.
The amenities in the hotel are great, lots of items including different chargers and hair tools free of charge to take to your room, and free pjs. Staff were very friendly.
Not too noisy at night, one of the quieter hotels at night I've stayed in.
Only 2x washers & 2x dryers in the hotel in a very tight space.
Washing machines are not great and from 6pm they are all in full use for the evening.
No Netflix or YouTube available on tvs which is in most other hotels.
The cleaners coming in every 3 days, its fine really you are asked to leave a sign out from 10am before 1.
But they will Knock and and ask you wen you are leaving so they can come in. I guess its good for the hotel to get on top of the cleaning but you still cant get your room until 3pm so i feel a service to just change bins and towels would be suitable if you weren't leaving early on that 3rd day.
Not a big thing, not much to complain out with this hotel i had a great stay here.
