Wonderful
The space, it’s the typical size but gives more space since it is square type. Value for money! It’s near station and bus stops.
Heater is a little bit difficult to manage.

Only one washer and dryer. I HATED that there are no stairs. There is only one elevator for staff and guests and you have to wait FOREVER just to go one floor down. They really need to make the stairs accessible.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many hidden gems. Within walking distance of a lot of interesting sites and eat access to public transit. The rooms are clean and staff helpful.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included at local cafe. Five to ten minute walk to public transport, convenience stores, pharmacy and restaurants.
Fresh towels, pyjamas and disposable slippers, along with light cleaning provided on request.
Tea bags and sachets of instant coffee available next to the reception.
No bottled water provided after the first day. The gripe is this isn't made clear. Bottled water is cheap and readily available at multiple convenience stores nearby. Recommend buying 2 liter bottles during the summer to use in the kettle in the room and have handy when out and about. A 2 liter bottle of water fits in the small fridge in the room, so it can be chilled overnight.
Storage may be an issue. My room had two shelves and four hangers. I'm traveling light, so not an issue for me. There is nowhere to store suitcases, so your floor space may get limited.

The room was so clean and it was close to a 7/11 and bus stops, the price is unbeatable!!
Room size was pretty small but it was enough to have 2 large suitcases open on the floor and still have a bit of room.

The hotel quality and comfort exceeded my expectations for the affordable price. Great value for price. I liked to control the temperature easily with the remote AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my lack of Japanese language.
