Gorgeous breakfast, sweet staff and wonderful swimming pool
This hotel was so frustrating. Storage solutions for clothes and luggage were shockingly inadequate, esp. given its high price point & fancy pretentions. My husband had to keep his bag on the floor for our entire stay. I had to rearrange all kinds of stuff to find a way to move my bag and belongings off the floor. And our luggage was so compact that we carried it on international flights. Travelers with luggage so big that it has to be checked face a big headache. The problem was not that the double room was compact. That's expected in big cities. Neither was it that corners were cut on appointments. (There were TV speakers in the ceiling of the bathroom, for heaven's sake!) The problem was the inadequacy of space for belongings. When they were not woefully smaller than needed, they were commandeered by crap that the hotel was trying to upsell: jars and bags of snacks and bottles of wine and a "signature" fragrance in a reed diffuser. We got charged for snacks after I moved some in a desperate attempt to free up space for my clothes. The hotel reversed the charges when I explained the problem. Setting straight the confusion after I moved the coffee/tea service, which filled one of the room's only two (small!) drawers, was much more difficult. The cups were never replaced following initial use. We had to request them every night thereafter, once three times. On each occasion staff insisted on looking in the drawer where I'd put my clothes -- as though we were the moronic ones not the person who thought that putting the cups there in the first place was a good idea. Meanwhile, potentially useful storage capacity in another cabinet was devoted to more snacks and four champagne flutes, the later presumably to inspire inspire guests to buy the room's $80 bottle of sparkling wine. This place needs to decide whether it's a hotel or mini mart. Doesn't have room for both.

Excellent staff at the hotel and extremely accommodating and helpful. The Breakfast is amazing and has a rich selection of dishes to choose from. The free Coffee to the room is a great service. The hotel has wonderful amenities like a Spa, Indoor pool, and a Bar. There is a convenience store located below the hotel which makes it very easy to get additional food or other things. Great location as well: Walking distance from Leopold, Nat History etc museums!

My first room was very noisy, due to the person above and location near the stairwell, however, this situation was addressed and rectified efficiently and kindly upon returning for 3 more nights.

The rooms were spotless. I felt that the location could be a little better, but overall quite good. Nice breakfast selections.
A bit pricey given the size of the rooms. Bathrobes are a little skimpy as well.

Beakfast/dinner room is rather small but cosy but food and service very good. The location is very good once you get your bearing in the city. A stone throw away from the musuem quater and 20 min walk to the main city centre. Immediate surrounding area to the hotel is rather bohemian but has adequate restaurants and bars. The service is very good, staffs very friendly and helpful.
The hotel entrance is almost situated on the main street, quite dangerous if one is not familiar with the city transport configuration, vehicles and trams and pedestrian sharing the same street all at once. The entrance and the lobby is the biggest let down for the hotel in my opinion, the overall space is not well configurated. The check-in area looks like a mini bar and general decor looks rather tacky. Bedroom on a small side, lighting difficult to control and air-conditioning fixed too high.

It was very welcoming, clean and in a central location near the Museum Quarter. Deserts in the restaurant were delicious and breakfast had a great selection. Helpful and efficient staff made our stay easy and relaxed.
