Disappointing
Room was very nice and spacious with beautiful view.
I am not the one to write a review usually but our stay was so disappointing I had to. The service was very bad, value for money was really low, you pay for a hotel for its services but when there are no services what's the point? Since when did room service stop at 9pm? I had to order dinner from Talabat. And the half board was very disappointing very limited options in the Chinese restaurant and added prices on any nice option for food.
Breakfast was also very disappointing and all plates and some food had a fishing bad smell made us nauseous while eating. And on top of all that the adult pool and jacuzzi is "closed" Monday to Friday, I have never heard of something this bad in a hotel. If the pool is closed what else can we do in a hotel? and for a 1000 dhs per night? This was disappointing beyond what I can say. Spa didn't open till 12 which is checkout time, just everything was bad apart from the room.

I liked the room — it’s spacious and has nice views.
I rarely write reviews, but this time I couldn’t help it.
The half-board experience was very disappointing. The dinner service is not up to the standards of Waldorf Astoria at all.
First, you have to wait around 20 minutes just to be seated. Second, there were dirty, empty plates left on tables with no one clearing them. Third, there was even rubbish on the floor.
The quality of the buffet was poor — there wasn’t even a basic steak option.
During the day at the pool, it took nearly two hours to receive our food, which is unacceptable.
On one occasion, our room was not cleaned at all. We returned around 6 PM to find it still untouched.
I stayed at this hotel three years ago, and the experience was completely different. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly.

Very Poor
Our reservation was made based on a clearly advertised offer that included accommodation with breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, this commitment was not honored. At dinner time, we waited for an extended period without being served, and ultimately, no dinner was provided at all. We eat only Few salad This represents a clear breach of the agreed service and is unacceptable.
Furthermore, the situation was aggravated by the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members (of Egyptian nationality), whose attitude towards us was disrespectful and far below acceptable hospitality standards.
Given the above, we expect a prompt and formal response addressing this issue. We request a full explanation, along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor service experienced. Please note that failure to resolve this matter satisfactorily will leave us with no option but to escalate the complaint further through relevant consumer protection and tourism authorities, as well as public review platforms.
We trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond at the earliest.

Doors are not properly sealed which created a loud noise throughout the night because of the wind.

The hotel has an excellent location, but unfortunately the services do not meet an acceptable standard. Management seems completely absent, and the place feels out of control. The staff were very helpful and kind throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
I have added the breakfast photo from our stay, as it clearly reflects the facility and its capacity. We came here to rest, but due to the huge crowds, we were unable to relax at all. The hotel should properly manage and organize everything in line with its capacity.
Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay.

Very clean and cozy,view on Burj Al Arab is a plus
Drinks chargeable in half board dinner booking.Also we arrived at 1:00pm received our room at 4pm when we requested to check out the same time they gave us the room they agreed only until 3pm late checkout and no compensation they said the policy until 12:00pm which doesn’t make sense why we received the keys late
No one from staff or reception told us at checking in that you get to enjoy 50% off at restaurants not even the restaurant or ice cream shop did until we found the next day by coincidence from someone

We had a really nice stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we loved the pillow menu — it was our first time seeing that and it really helped since we needed non-allergy pillows. The room was great, and the balcony view was a highlight. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the Chinese dinner
