The location is great and breakfast was nice.
A little dated already, specially comparing with the surrounding hotels. I also requested to take an upper floor since I was with the family and we wanted a better view but the staff never came back us, so the request was kind of forgotten. We had lunch one time by the pool and most of the things we chose from the à la cart menu were not available.

breakfast went well, lots of selections. Dinner was like less selection of outlets during our stay. Rooms were up to Par. pillows are very comfortable
There is no activities for the kids via indoor unlike other family hotels /resorts where they have arcade games inside the hotel, billiards, dart, air hockey, foosball etc. i suggest to use an idle space to convert to indoor activities even with a 2 lane bowling. you can put up an fnb outlet with it since its a family resort hotel. Its a money making venue. In addition , put up in future, inflatable water activities.

I Loved the pools and the room i was at was very beautifully designed with a great view, the atmosphere and overall design of the Hotel.
I have nothing against but a very needed renovation in the hotel. at least at the buffet restaurant I believe called mezzerie. And a better variety of the food options.

The Adults pools is too small, and the beach water is full of stones and shells! One got in my foot and it wasnt pleasant to swim at the beach.

The property is exceptional and in a very good location. The hotel is well maintained.
There is only one thing we don’t like. That is when my friend who visited me in our room left his bag with money. We called the hotel to check but they said they dont see anything. Then after few days they called that they saw it and the money inside the bag is not complete already.

The location was amazing The room spaces was excellent The reception staffs was so polite ( Ms Sumaya ) was so kind The elevator was easy accessible Kids club was nice I ordered a surprise cake for my daughter which was provided Family friendly hotel
I booked family connected rooms But i had to call 3 time at same day of arrival to confirm my request as initially they told me the rooms are not connected but after 3 calls they confirmed by requested room Small incident happened at the pool, my daughter was nearly drowned and the lifeguard response was slow, but they apologized and offered me medical care

The overall experience was a bit underwhelming..I have stayed in another Waldorf Astoria and this one did not meet my expectations at all.
THe property turned out to be much smaller and less grander than the other Waldorf astoria properties. also the staff and the facilities were just like any other 4 or 5 star property..no particular differentiation with such a brand.. I had actually booked it as a surprise for my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday..but it didn't feel any special unfortunately.

One bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious, well decorated. The terrace was huge and sun beds on the terrace added a nice touch. Food was amazing, Shimps and avocado toast at Palm Avenue - must try! Breakfast and dinner at Mezzerie delicions, with multiple options for every taste.

The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The swimming pool and overall property amenities were enjoyable and suitable for families. Housekeeping standards in the room were very good, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently to any requests or inquiries throughout our stay. The location and overall atmosphere of the resort provided a pleasant holiday experience.
Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from a luxury hotel. The quality, taste, and variety of the food served during both breakfast and dinner buffets were below expectations. More concerning was the cleanliness of the restaurant area, as we observed cockroaches passing under nearby tables on two separate occasions while guests were dining. This raised serious concerns regarding hygiene and food safety. Additionally, some restaurant staff members were not as courteous or customer-focused as expected. During one incident, a staff member removed a water bottle that had been provided by the hotel and brought from our room while my daughter was using it during the meal. The situation could have been handled in a more professional and guest-friendly manner. Considering the room rates and overall cost of the stay during the Eid holiday period, the food quality, restaurant hygiene, and service levels did not represent good value for money.

There was so many issues there some of the tools in the room are old and it looks used like the slippers and the hairdryer the hairdryer they are and it doesn’t work sometimes, and the service was very bad
The service is extreme bad and the service is like three stars not five stars
