The hospitality was beyond words ,absolutely warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The staff truly made the stay a pleasant experience.
The breakfast was incredible as well, with a great variety of options. My personal favourites were the mixed oats, aloo samosa with chutney, filter coffee, and iced tea.
The amenities were provided and replenished accordingly, and the valet parking was also very well organized and convenient.
There were a few small areas that could be improved. I would have really appreciated having a coffee machine available too, as this was something I felt was missing. The coffee I ordered was also a little cold most of the time.
The mixed oats were excellent, but it would have been even better if there had been an option to have them with soy milk, as I am lactose intolerant and unfortunately couldn’t enjoy them as much as I would have liked.
The idli and gulab jamun were also a little disappointing, as both were quite hard and unfortunately not very enjoyable.
These are only minor points, though, and overall I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and would happily recommend the hotel.

What can I say...l have stayed in many top 5* around the world and I don't think it can get any better then this

Wonderful
Excellent hotel with a great range of amenities, including a swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The spa staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection of both continental and Indian dishes, including dosa, paratha, poha, and many other delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.
While there were many positives, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and a tulsi mala, which was a lovely touch and made for a great first impression. However, our experience with the front desk staff was less positive. They came across as somewhat aloof and gave the impression of being more focused on appearances and their position.
We also encountered some issues with breakfast service. During the first two days, breakfast was excellent and we ordered and they prepared the food and brought this to our table. However, after we began pre-ordering meals (recommended by the manager) to accommodate our dietary requirements, there were repeated misunderstandings. One day, we had to place our order twice because it appeared the initial order had not been processed, but I later realised that our order had gone to another table (they returned it since they hadn’t ordered the food). We often waited around 25 minutes before following up, only for the order to be taken again from the beginning. The restaurant managers handled these situations professionally and did their best to resolve the issues, but there were recurring mistakes in the table service that affected the overall breakfast experience.

Very loud music coming from Bombay if you stay at this side of the hotel.
There was a heavy humidity in our room but they cahnged it immediately.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Taj Dubai as a family of four. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and were always courteous and helpful. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay.
The food was one of the highlights of our stay. We had the breakfast and dinner package, and there was a great variety of delicious Indian and international dishes every day. The quality and taste were consistently excellent, and our whole family really enjoyed the meals.
The location is another big advantage. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just a few minutes away by taxi, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
We stayed in a family room on the 32nd floor, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city skyline. The only small drawback was that the outside of the window glass was quite dusty, so it was difficult to fully enjoy the view or take clear photos from the room.

Authentic hospitality from everyone we encountered in the premises of Taj Dubai, from valet, security, concierge, reception, house keeping, restaurant’s attendants it is beyond the normal hospitality system.
Most especially Mr. Dheeraj from the reception team who made sure we are settled properly and safely in our room and an early check-in was considered. Mr. Rajib Dey the assistant manager who spent his time with us to understand the short history and vision of Taj Dubai at the same time he made us more excited to visit India MashaAllah, as well as the latest check-out as per the availability on the following day.
Everything is amazing, I just wish that the window glass will be cleaner so we can see the amazing city view clearer, though not a big deal.
