Friendly staffs, great food. The breakfast is excellent ! Various options to eat.
Shower temperature too extreme, toilet flush not working well, sink seemed like be obstructed.

I liked how friendly the staff were and the location.
Could be cleaner esp daily cleans. I felt the room and bathrooms esp were not that clean. I found hairs in the shower and a few on the towels.

Beautiful and clean rooms and amazing restaurant
The location was inconvenient as it is heavy in traffic and sometimes can be loaded with cars and taxis in the main entrance.

I was really disappointed with how my stay was handled and in the guest relations
I booked a non smoker room with single bed I ended up in a room full of smoke smell
When I raised it to the staff they simply apologized saying this wasn’t supposed to happen but it was not possible to change the room and they can only spray some fragrance (which totally defeats the purpose as Im asthmatic as i explained.. I was having significant chest discomfort despite my inhalers) but still they offered no solutions
Their excuse was they are having a conference and the are busy!!
Escalated to customer service and they were as useless
By that time I booked an early flight back home bcz of my discomfort (despite the fact i had one night remaining in my booking), many hours later they offered a room when I escalated the matter to the supervisor of guest relation!!
When I checked-out one night earlier and expressed my disappointment asking for a partial refund they said it should be by booking.com and all they can offer is a refund of my early check in fees (which I never received)
First time for such unprofessional customer service in any five star hotel.. I definitely did not get the service I paid for
I still believe booking should refund for the one night I didn’t stay

Everything, except the behavior of some people which was deeply disappointing.
The behavior of the reception staff can only be described as deceptive.
If I had to give one piece of advice: do not trust them.
They added an extra night to my stay. I discussed it with them and clearly explained the mistake. They assured me everything would be corrected, adjusted the invoice, and told me they would send the updated version to my room. The next morning, just before my flight, I checked again and the extra night was still there.
Later, I insisted several times that they charge a specific credit card. The manager came, smiled, and reassured me that the correct card would be used. When I got home, I discovered they had charged the wrong card anyway.
They always respond with a big smile and promises that “everything will be okay,” but the reality is the opposite.
This is simply unacceptable.

Bad Smells strongly of mold, very noisy, and no respect for guests — they even did maintenance work at midnight, which disturbed and honestly scared me as the sound was very loud. Not clean at all and not worth the money. I’d give it 3.5 stars.

The valet guy damaged my vehicle and didn’t say anything about it , I noticed that and called the security manager he told me I will check the cameras after that he texted me just to apologize without any thing that helped not any promotion or anything just sorry for the damage
