Bad Smells strongly of mold, very noisy, and no respect for guests — they even did maintenance work at midnight, which disturbed and honestly scared me as the sound was very loud. Not clean at all and not worth the money. I’d give it 3.5 stars.

The valet guy damaged my vehicle and didn’t say anything about it , I noticed that and called the security manager he told me I will check the cameras after that he texted me just to apologize without any thing that helped not any promotion or anything just sorry for the damage

While the issues were eventually resolved, they shouldn’t have happened at a five-star hotel where quality is expected.
1. At check-in, I was told my room wasn’t ready unless I paid to upgrade. After waiting 30 minutes and escalating, the room was suddenly available.
2. I was asked to pay twice due to a front desk error—fortunately, I had proof of payment.
3. The AC was too warm and required multiple follow-ups to fix.
4. The shower was broken—something housekeeping should have noticed earlier.
Bottom line: Stay alert and don’t settle for less than you deserve.
