I booked from u from in sheraton mall of the emirates from Friday 23, 2026 till Monday 26 you took money and you cancelled my stay. In Dec. 2024 i booked a hotel in Bali and I cancelled my stay and till now u didn’t give me back my money even though i ve sent u many messages. I will report u everywhere on social media

My 2-day stay was very nice, was hoping it was longer. Lovely specious room, Comfy bed, Refreshing shower, easy mirroring system to play my music from my mobile to the tv in the room. Special shout out to Mr. Mahmoud for his friendly and welcoming attitude at the front desk

yhe location was great
i had booked a queen room but was given a twin bed! blaming it on the gulf food. the room . once we got to the room we found out that the pipe was not working. i complained about the bed and the pipe until a great guest manager called me a day after and changed our room as we were visiting dubai for our honeymoon. on the last day of our stay my husband realized that he has lost his kindle .. we were about to leave to the airport and i thought of reporting it . thats where i got to know the kindle has been kept in the lost and found! had i not claim it i would have lost a 500 dollar devise where noone cared to tell me once we changed our room!

The staff downstairs the reception and the bell boys the valet especially Abdu. But the staff upstairs need training. Giving contradictory messages and making you feel not welcome.
The staff starting from the 5th floor bar they are rude and unprofessional
