This was our first time in the hotel as mentioned at checkin and no one informed about the lift setup we had to guess how to reach the required floor. There was a person arguing with the staff for an upgrade and both staff were attending him ignoring our presence. The humidity in our rooms was uncomfortably high.

The hotel was excellent, and I was extremely happy with my stay. The convenience of being located inside the mall made everything even better — access was easy, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it added a lot of comfort to my visit. The room was great, service was smooth, and everything was perfectly arranged. I especially want to thank Ms. Lagziri for her outstanding cooperation; she ensured all details were handled exactly as agreed. Thanks to her and the entire team, my experience was truly seamless and enjoyable.

haven’t stayed there in several years. was surprised with the flawless renovation that was implemented. the attention to details the friendly staff the cleanliness everything was super. The rooms were fully renovated it had a friendly modern look and feel.

This is a hotel we visit yearly now for four years. Mainly to celebrate with family. Every year it is super. This year not so much.
This year unfortunately was not like every year. My request for my children’s birthday was ignored. The room cleanliness was not per usual.

Front desk staff, the lady who checked us in. She made it a verbal point when I was checking in that she was right about the rate. And infact we were both right.

The rooms were excellent, with all colleagues satisfied, very clean and the staff really professionnal. Breakfast was good with a lot of options, and the location right at the Emirates Mall very convenient.
Breakfast could be a little crowded at times. It was hard to find a nice spot to enjoy breakfast if you don't come early enough, but it's not a big deal. The location is more familiy oriented that business oriented as there are a lot of children, and some noise in near bedrooms, but nothing overly disconcerting.

Arrived late at night after booking and it was 4 am and didn’t allow me to the room and stick to the afternoon check in or pay extra night with value of AED 2400
After several discussions I left the hotel and didn’t get use of the payment I did and went to another hotel that treated me in much better way
The concern is I booked after 12 AM and wasn’t able to book 2 nights from booking and the hotel wants to make use of the case and sell me a night by 2400 means more than 1000 than booking.
I am very disappointed specially that i am Sheraton/Marriot and Booking client but the case was very
