Location
Always, I stay in Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, but this time I had a very bad experience, which will make me think many times before go back.
I had a problem in my room, but the reception refused to change my room so I checked out from the first night and I requested my refund. They said you have to deal with Booking.com.

Location, Staff service, Price (although impacted by the recent events I believe), Breakfast, views from the room, Access to the Emirates Mall
- Hotel entrance from the mall not well signed or obvious
- Road access to the hotel entrance a bit awkward, the navigation maps are misleading
- While the room is very well set-up and equipped, it seems a little outdated or does not impart the feeling of high end luxury.

I booked from u from in sheraton mall of the emirates from Friday 23, 2026 till Monday 26 you took money and you cancelled my stay.
In Dec. 2024 i booked a hotel in Bali and I cancelled my stay and till now u didn’t give me back my money even though i ve sent u many messages.
I will report u everywhere on social media

My 2-day stay was very nice, was hoping it was longer. Lovely specious room, Comfy bed, Refreshing shower, easy mirroring system to play my music from my mobile to the tv in the room.
