I had to wait far too long for my room. I checked in at 2:30 PM but didn’t receive the room until 4:00 PM. Also, the booking showed an option to request a crib or extra bed, but when I arrived, I was told neither was available

The property is impeccable! But, more than that is the people who made our stay comfortable and memorable with their sincere and genuine services throughout. I would like to mention a few of them: Nanda from Indonesia, the girl who never loses her smile Emran from Bangladesh, a kind man Chef Chanaka from Sri Lanka Chef Maruthi from India Altaf from India, another one with a smile always Dipok in Housekeeping, always ready to support

Lifts are complicated. Different lifts for restaurants and mall entrance. No tooth brush and paste in bathroom. Staff was unprofessional especially guys who arrange taxis, they are on personal gain rather helping guest. WiFi is bad. You have to enter last name with room number, I couldn’t access whole night and in morning I came to know they have entered my wrong name in booking.
