Staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating! We were blessed to have a room upgrade which made my birthday celebration memorable. Rooms were spacious, beds; super comfortable, and decent bathroom size. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of variety. Would definitely recommend for family or friends for a welcoming stay!

When we reached, the welcome was superb. the room was very clean and so was everyday as it was very well cleaned and well kept by Sourav. Great job Sourav. keep it up.
in fact we stayed for 7 nights and evryday when we came back it was a pleasure to enter the room with the small designs with towel, well liked by my 6 year old daughter. thanks to Sourav.
the staff at the entrance were exceptional always helpful to provide guidance.
Overall it was a lovely experience.

Very accurate, nice renovation, wonderful staff! Very nice people in reception, nice people in breakfast staff. Cleaning team is wonderful. Room serviced every day with new amenities and a lot of bottles of water. All was clean and fresh! We enjoyed our breakfast time. A lot of high quality food! We loved it! I visited Dubai so many times and this time enjoyed. Me and my wife so loved this place. We will definitely visit again and will stay here again. Thank you guys for wonderful time, hospitality and memories!

Loved the location and the room! The staff was excellent and made our stay so welcoming that we plan to go back soon!
Our only complaint was that the pillows were uncomfortable. One was too fat/hard and the other too thin… I feel like Goldilocks, but there wasn’t a pillow that was “just right”
