we found living cockroach in the bath room.
Shuttle service below expectation. Driver dropped us at Arrival. We had to drag our suit cases thru various halls and elevators to get to Departure area.

The room was comfortable as usual. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests. They also help give you the best options available wherever possible. I love the pool it’s big and pretty and nicely designed! The hallways are well lit, spacious and very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces except during major events but there are still parking spaces available. The breakfast is great for its price! The whole stay is also very affordable with very comfy and spacious rooms. I really like how quick it is to check in and check out. No delays and no nonsense! Very accommodating with requests for early and late checkouts. I love the bathrooms with bathtubs, and the beds and pillows are very comfy. Definitely an easy choice for a comfortable stay.
Going inside the basement parking, every time I have to wait at the barrier and call reception to inform security to go to the barrier to access it. Even if I call them in advance I still have to wait at least 5 minutes. There’s only one way to get to the swimming pool and you need to go to the lobby where it can be busy and not comfy to walk around after swimming. The parking driveway after the entrance can be a bit narrow in some corners. If your car is lowered, you might scrape your wheels if you’re not careful.

Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.
I have been a regular customer of your hotel since 2009, and over the years I have always enjoyed staying with you. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I was very disappointed with the room that was initially allocated to me.
After contacting the manager, I had to request a room change. I would have expected that, given my long-standing loyalty to the hotel, I might have been offered an upgrade or at least a more suitable room. Instead, I was moved to another room that was very similar, partially facing the swimming pool but also overlooking the hotel roof, which was full of air-conditioning units. This was not the type of view or room I had requested.
I was particularly disappointed because, on previous occasions, managers had kindly upgraded me to a larger and better room. Therefore, I found the handling of this situation especially disappointing as a long-standing and regular customer.
Although I appreciate the gesture of providing a fruit bowl, I feel that this did not address the main issue or compensate for the disappointing room allocation and overall experience.
After being a loyal customer since 2009, I genuinely expected a higher level of consideration and service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that my loyalty was not valued.
As a result, I am very disappointed to say that this will most likely be my last booking with the hotel. I believe there are other hotels where I can receive a better level of service and feel that my continued loyalty is appreciated.
I hope you will take my comments seriously and consider reviewing how long-standing customers are treated in similar circumstances.

Breakfast was great and early, we only used the hotel as a break from our lengthy travel back to Auckland. The rooms are massive, comfortable and well appointed.
We were on the 1st floor, got very noisy at about 12am. Whilst the hotel staff were fantastic, friendly & helpful, the same cant be said about the Hotel Shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport, his driving was appalling, he was also quite rude, quite the opposite to the driver who dropped us at the airport the next morning..strange.
