The brand Name. Break fast is good
Unfortunately, room had uncomfortable smell. Could be the case that was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Basic amenities inside room is missing, for eg. hair dryer, refrigerator was not cooling at all.

The food was delicious, and the sweets were exceptional. Special thanks to Nipuni for the warm hospitality and arranging our late check-out, and to Rudraa, Shoaib, Prakriti, Chona, Pooram, Taifur, and Amar Chetam for their outstanding service and kindness. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. The sauna facilities were also excellent and perfect for relaxing.
We had a hard time locating the entrance. It would be helpful to install clear directional signs leading to the entrance so that first-time visitors can find it more easily. Better signage would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this stay.
Very disappointing stay. The room did not match the photos advertised, especially the view, which was completely different from what was shown online. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with water on the floor, hair in the room, dirty towels, and an unclean bathroom. Service was also very slow, and despite informing the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary, no special arrangements were made. I also contacted the hotel regarding these concerns after my stay and received no response. Overall, I expected much better from this property.

The check in was so delayed, they gave me 1 room at 3pm and I got my next room at 10 pm, they delayed it so much. It was so difficult for me.
