Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this stay.
Very disappointing stay. The room did not match the photos advertised, especially the view, which was completely different from what was shown online. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with water on the floor, hair in the room, dirty towels, and an unclean bathroom. Service was also very slow, and despite informing the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary, no special arrangements were made. I also contacted the hotel regarding these concerns after my stay and received no response. Overall, I expected much better from this property.

I had a wonderful stay at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf Dubai. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service throughout was truly excellent.
Special gratitude to Mr. Zein, the Front Desk Director, for his professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank Ms. Rana for her great support and welcoming attitude, as well as Mr. Harry, who was in charge of the restaurant, for his outstanding service and attention to detail.
Their efforts truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again.
The only small downside was some noticeable cost-saving measures, such as operating only one elevator at times and the HVAC being turned off in parts of the reception area. However, given the current situation, this was completely understandable and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Staff were very welcoming and sincere and they make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable and well served. The location and excellent facilities were certainly a plus. Will definitely come back again.
A lot of construction activity going on in the area but certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay at the hotel.
