I had a very disappointing experience at Marriott Al Jaddaf, mainly due to the poor attitude and unprofessional behavior of the hotel management.
Unfortunately, the management showed a lack of respect and seriousness in handling guest concerns. Issues were met with weak communication, no clear solutions, and an overall dismissive approach. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a Marriott property.
Because of this experience, this will be my last stay at this hotel. I do not recommend Marriott Al Jaddaf at all, as the management’s behavior does not reflect the standards, professionalism, or hospitality associated with the Marriott brand.

Abdulrahman from FO is is a person woth high morals and excellent professionalsim in dealing with guests.
I hope the hotel coordinate with more taxi companaies in order to have them available upon guest request as in different occasions it was difficult to get a taxi.

To be fair, the hotel was clean and the pool area was pleasant, but overall the service and management were far below what I expect from the Marriott brand. I visit Dubai frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but this experience was truly disappointing.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Marriott Standards
I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in Dubai.
There was no hot water throughout my entire stay, and on one of the days, there was no water at all due to a leak. Although maintenance kept sending a technician to my room, nothing was ever resolved. The water stayed barely warm — only from the Dubai heat — but never properly hot.
After repeatedly complaining, a supervisor finally came and offered to move me to another room, but it was a king room instead of the twin I had booked. We were later moved to another room with slightly warmer water, but by the next day, the same issue returned. I was exhausted and refused to move rooms again. The supervisor offered us a complimentary dinner, which I declined — I didn’t need free food, I just wanted a hot shower.
Other issues included missing amenities (like bathrobes, which had to be requested), and poor housekeeping service. One night, my son accidentally spilled water on the bed. When housekeeping came, they didn’t change the sheets — they simply flipped the duvet. I called again in the evening to request fresh sheets, and despite being told someone would come, no one ever did. At 11:30 p.m., I gave up and had to cover the wet area with a towel so my son could sleep. After reminding them at 12:30 they sent some one at 1am but we were already asleep.
Throughout all this, the reception staff only apologized repeatedly but took no real action to fix the problems.
I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for reliable service or comfort.

Wonderful
The first thing I noticed and loved about the hotel was how happy and cheerful all the staff were. Everybody was so warm and kind.
The location was close to the airport and Dubai mall.
The room was comfortable.
I felt very touched when I received a birthday cake with a nice note.
Thank you to everyone at this amazing hotel.
For some reason I got an allergic reaction from the room. I don’t know if it was the AC or the carpet but something triggered my allergic reaction. I did try to take some anti histamine but the allergies were still there until I left.
I tried to connect my ipad to the tv screen through airplay but I think it only supports android.
