Breakfast was good. I stayed two nights there. Location is convenient.
Bought an elite ticket, for going upto 154 floor of Burj Khalifa, from the hotel concierge service. I was lead to believe that I will not have to stand in line and someone will be with me all along to get me to top floor without having to stand long in lines. But that was not the case, there was no one to accompany us and we ended up standing in lines. At one spot I found someone to tell that I have this pass, "to the top" and he helped me to get ahead in line, but by then I had lost much time and missed enough time at the top :( I understand Hotel just helped me get the ticket, and it is not hotel fault, but at least do not give false hope to buyer that he/she will do not have to stand in line and wait.

The staff were great. The pool was very nice; I would recommend getting there early as the loungers get occupied (weather dependent of course).
The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would say nicely appointed in general but my partner said it was "a little dated" because there weren't power outlets on one side of the bed (not a problem for me).

The room was great, with an awesome view, bed was very comfortable, and the staff was over the top freindly and helpful.
The light in the closet/room lightcame on everytime you walked into the bathroo, so at 3 in the morning it was a little annoying.

Check in was so good! Anirudh was amazing and kind.
The breakfast service was quite slow. My tea took around 20 minutes to arrive. When I asked for bread I was told that it was self-service. However, I noticed that the guests at the next table were being served everything by the server including fruit juice and food. This made the service feel inconsistent and disappointing.

One of the main reasons I keep coming back to this hotel is the excellent staff—they are always friendly, helpful, and professional. The cleanliness standards are consistently high, which makes every stay comfortable and reassuring. The service overall is outstanding, and the restaurants and facilities in the hotel offer high-quality experiences. The hotel itself feels luxurious and elegant, and its location is very convenient and well-connected. These positive aspects are what make me choose this hotel repeatedly.
I have stayed at this hotel about four times, and my previous experiences—especially in Tower A—were very good. However, this was my first time staying in Tower B, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The view from the room was not as nice as before. The shower pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, and the hot water took a long time to come through, which was inconvenient. Additionally, one of the electrical outlets (the socket next to the bed) was not working, making it difficult to charge devices. Overall, I find Tower A much more comfortable, with better service and overall quality. I hope the hotel can improve Tower B to match the standard of Tower A.
