The breakfast was incredibly delicious with a vast variety.
The staff was always willing to help with a smile.
Finally, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable

Very comfortable, spacious room with all the amenities. Location is good.
The room rate is very expensive. Almost all prices in Dubai are high but some are unrealistic. The room rate was almost double what I feel was reasonable for the level of hotel.
Another example of overcharging, in the coffee shop they charged $14.00 Cdn for a takeout small cup of coffee!

Huge hotel with lots of dining and entertainment options, very friendly and attentive staff
Rooms are very outdated and in some aspects not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. There is alot of competition in the city especially at these ultra premium prices. This hotel isn't cutting it.
