we upgraded to a suite, usual rooms are a bit small and dated. breakfast is a vast selection from many cultures and is excellent, the pool and gym are excellent with great equipment. we discovered there is a lounge on the ground floor that we have never seen before. Tour advice to the desert was excellent.

i used to like this hotel for work but now i am suspicious about everything in this hotel and i will never return back to it, first they suddenly the cleaner and i am in the room opened the door after knocking on the door for 2 times only and his excuse is that it is for refreshment of the room and i complained they did nothing as i am dealing with 2 start hotel , the phone in the room was not working , and they deducted the amount 2 times and they still did not return the amount and no reply from them i am suspicious about this hotel

Size 1600 room feels like a train station. Access by car is a nightmare. Noisy impersonal. Old decor, total lack of charm and taste. Quite disappointing.

Since there was no proper place for ablution, housekeeping was helpful enough to give me a hose to connect to the tap,
My room didn't include breakfast so I paid the hotel to add breakfast. When I came for breakfast, there was a long queue. When it was my turn, the attendant checked and said that my name was not in the system in front of everyone! That was quite embarrassing.

Staff and breakfast was best. They have hop in bus every one hour till 9 pm to Dubai mall. Rina and Hamish helped me to check in and they were great. The house keeping was great and they took care of the allotted room without any noise. Thanks to the staff.
The location is at business bay which is crowded. They should make more parking to accommodate no log heads or traffic in front of the hotel ..

Room was great, staff was excellent, check in and checkout were painless. But they forgot to tell me about the breakfast offer at the time of checkin, so when i went to the restaurant in the morning I had to pay more ! Because apparently the discounted offer was only available at the time of check-in. Noboby told me at check in time.
Breakfast was way too expensive ! Location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient for the places I needed to go, but I chose you for the comfort of the stay.

The staffs were awesome, they attended to us on timely manner. It was indeed exceptional. I will always recommend this place. Arthur and one Egyptian guy it’s rather unfortunate I can’t remember his name a bellhop, very nice and respectful.
It’s hard to find a negative thing to pin point. I loved it.

Everything was amazing… starting from the exceptionally helpful staff at the front entrance with their warm smiles to the welcoming reception desk staff, to the lovely staff at Kitchen 6. The rooms were always very well cleaned with all that we needed set and ready for us upon our return. We loved the full experience and definitely will do it again and again.
