Cleanliness good staff but less staff while serving in peak days like public holidays
Breakfast, there was no more varieties mostly Indian cuisines, even they weren’t refilling. Parking in the property was also not available at times we have to park on the footpath, they was no valet parking available staff was not available.

We booked 10 rooms for 2 nights at Hyatt Regency Dubai and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The overall room quality was poor, with rooms feeling smelly, humid, and uncomfortable. Some toilets also had blocked drains, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The facilities were also not up to standard. The pool was overcrowded and did not feel relaxing or properly managed.
Parking was another major issue, and the breakfast experience was especially disappointing. We were expecting a proper breakfast arrangement at The Kitchen, but the actual experience was far below expectations.
What made it worse was that after we shared our concerns, it did not feel like the hotel management took any serious action to address the issues. Overall, the management response and service handling were poor.
For a booking of 10 rooms, we expected a much higher level of hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. Based on our experience, this hotel did not feel like a 5-star property.

Breakfast was just dumped and no live counters, and crowd good have been easily managed.
Parking facilities was too bad, No valet parking was available and have waited for 30 minutes to park my vehicle.
Atleast in house guests should have parking.

Bed, pillows and the linen were Okay.
The sea view was not as we expected.
The property was a proof of a grand place once upon a time and now not cared for.
The power fittings, plumbing etc were showing their age and no maintenance.
The staff at the ONLY functional restaurant were not attentive and didnt take their jobs seriously Or possibly they were short staffed.
The club room facility was converted into happy hour with ONLY 1 drink and a mini dinner.
The staff seemed to be not interested.

The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star property. There was no valet service available, and no bellboy assistance for luggage handling upon arrival. The breakfast selection and quality were below what I would expect from a hotel in this category.
Additionally, the elevators were consistently overcrowded, resulting in long waiting times throughout the stay. Parking was also a major inconvenience, as there were very limited parking spaces available, and guests were not permitted to use the VIP parking area even when regular parking was full.
Overall, the service and facilities did not reflect the standards typically associated with a 5-star hotel.

The staff in the reception
Hotel is one of the worst experiences I have had during my stay in the UAE. Especially the restaurant staff and the food quality were far below standard. They only served 4 main courses, and none of them were good at all. The staff behaved as if they were unhappy and unwilling to assist guests.
The hotel even charged AED 10 for a toothbrush, which was very surprising. Later, one of the cleaning supervisors supported us and said the charge was not required, but the reception staff still kept following up for the payment after I explained the discussion then it's written off.
The pool was too deep, too small, and overcrowded. I had huge expectations for this stay, but unfortunately the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
Moreover, the check-in process took almost 2 hours, which made the situation even worse.

There was bo buffet propper.This is is worst experience.
No started no proper salad and no non veg curry veg also one dal bo coffe no tea This is about diners.
Breakfast only some veg items curry no non veg and no proper salad and seating environment was poor.

The staff offered connected room, and in general very polite and friendly
1. The room had no pleasant view at all. It was facing an empty roof within the hotel, despite the fact that I had selected a club or pool view before booking.
2. The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was overcrowded, and the food quality was the worst I have experienced, even compared with many 3/4-star hotels.
3. I understand that service levels may have been affected by Eid or by booking rates, but in my case, I paid a budget that could have offered me a much better experience elsewhere.
