The staff and management were very helpful with our early check-in and room arrangements during our stay, as we had reserved three rooms in both the residence and hotel buildings. They also kindly accommodated a late check-out for one of the rooms. We truly appreciate their support and hospitality.
The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I was really impressed with the service and kindness. I had a lot of luggage and the bellboy was really helpful and kind to assist me with my bags. I was quickly given an amazing room that had so much space. The breakfast was amazing I always looked forward to it. The location was really nice as well close to things i needed. I had a really relaxing stay.
The only recommendation I have is to have some option for early risers for the breakfast, I.e medical issues or simply just early risers to grab an orange juice or something before breakfast.

I was disappointed becAuse they give to other customer my room without calling me if I will continue to take the room . I reach the hotel late because I come very far and couldnt reach the time for check in but at least staff should called me before they give my booking receive the staff said they try to cut from my bank the payment but I was told them that I choose the pay at the counter how you will cut from the bank .So I reach there and found out that my room booking was gone so I need to go and find another hotel to stay in late at night .
I just want before giving to other customer MUST call the first customer verify first if they will come to stay in hotel before giving to other .Because other hotel I experience like this they are calling to confirm the customer .

The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We reached at 3am for a night’s stay, when the reception found out that we are flying out at 6pm, he arranged a late check out for us until 4pm so we could properly rest.
When we called the reception using the number in booking.com, no one picked up despite multiple attempts

aside from a spacious room, they surprised us with fruits and cakes.
we were told during check-in that we are allowed an extended stay for an hour and a half, but then on next day we were told we could only extend for an hour.

I cancelled my booking at your hotel recently as was not suitable for me due inadequate printing facilities ,
Emailing for print is cumbersome and not helpful - consumes time and you have to wait your turn at the reception

I was a regular guest..what i really like about it before is they are not so strict about friend visiting for a
couple of minutes. Since i am here for business.
I chose hyatt since i am a regular customer to spend my birthday...my roomate which is a colleague surprised me and ask a few friends to come over to drop a cake and some food..just to greet me (no intentions to stay or sleepover) the security called me literally every 3 mins to kick everyone out...it was a 2 bedroom room (upgraded which i was thankful) but the way they treated and threatened me...made me swear that i will never come back and make sure that this experience will be know by all my networks and connections and my own students of my school. i never wanted people to be treated that way.
for the event:
so i inquired for my company to have regular events in hyatt..since i am a regular guests and since they are not so strict about movement inside the hotel. i chose hyatt. Now this events manager name sabin endorsed me to a sales team member. this sales member contacted me and asked me to meet. so i informed her. i am in the hotel every weekend and we can meet. at first she was sick. i said okay maybe next time. I messaged her to remind her if we can meet. then no more reply.
then when i got pissed off.. then she replied....is this the way how guests.. or regular guests should be handled.
so all my positive impression for hyatt Gone... and for this hotel NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK!
