We 3 families faced A/C issues in our 3 rooms where there was spoor Air conditioning.Up on complaining the hotel staffs dint fix the issue . We have to sleep the whole day with poor air conditioning

The day shift staff were friendly and helpful , The night shift staff didn't mind any situation i raised regarding the car parking and talked with minor care. I didn't appreciate that at all. The location.
We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and I requested if we can upgrade to 2 bedrooms suite and our request was rejected. We asked for at least one room with washing machine our request was denied as well.
We booked with half board and it was a big mistake.
Breakfast was ok.
Dinner was a disaster. If you’re not an Indian good luck , You wasted your money.
Only Indian restaurant is the option, only unknown Indian food, I asked if the buffet will have birani, Chicken tikka or Kabob at least and none was there.
My kids hated the food, they ended up eating cucumber and fries and I ended up buying them dinner from outside.
The reviews this hotel gotten about there dinner is a big scam.
Definitely I will not book with them again.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options and helpful staff. Comfortable bed with nice living room area.

Our stay was beyond Exceptional.From the reception to the rooms everything was perfect.I would like to specifically thank Emrah at the reception-his warm welcome immediately we entered the hotel made us feel at home ,housekeeping team Christine and Gulam made the room spotlessly clean .Breakfast as diverse too and delicious.

Properly location and Breakfast is delicious
* ?️ Breakfast was delicious, but the service was poor and did not match the quality of the food.
* ? The hotel’s location is excellent, but the basement parking is extremely inconvenient and needs significant improvement.
* ? I specifically booked a smoking room, but it was not provided upon arrival.
* ❌ The reception staff informed me that the hotel does not have any smoking rooms and blamed Booking.com for the incorrect listing instead of offering a proper solution.
* ? Rather than resolving the issue, the hotel simply offered to cancel my reservation, which was very disappointing and left me feeling unsupported as a guest.
* ⚠️ The hotel should ensure that its room information is accurate across all booking platforms to prevent guests from facing similar inconvenience in the future.

Clean, spacious, well lit room. Close to city center..
I had half board. Dinner was not great ( Purani Dhilli). Not a spread for 4 starred Hotel. Disappointed.. You have multiple restraunts near the hotel. You can enjoy better meals at a great price

Absolutely, not comfortable for families. Specially, with kids.
There is no AC on the reception No lights or welcoming water or drink. Not even a true smile. I had booked a half board three rooms . Unfortunately, they said the restaurant was closed and as a family in need to eat in the bar which is absolutely not OK for us as a families with kids

Every single staff is readily available to take your request and provide service. That was exceptional
Swimming pool is too small but more importantly there were birds like pegions and crows drinking water from the pool, that may introduce bacteria, causing hygiene risks.

Service was great and room size is perfect. Price is very well appointed. Garage is nice and elevators work great. Thanks for allowing me to check in early as well.
