Access to the basement floor car parking is too congested to drive the car. Very narrow ramp to go down.

The hotel staff were very professional and provided great customer service. The location was convenient, and the property was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel within a budget.
Some housekeeping staff were very professional and consistently checked to see if we needed anything, which was appreciated. However, others seemed to do only the bare minimum. It would be helpful if all staff were trained to ensure that guests have everything in the room that they need. I mention this not as a serious concern, but as a suggestion for improvement. Additionally, the music in the restaurant was so loud that it could be heard clearly from the lobby, which seemed somewhat unpleasant. Overall, my experience was satisfactory.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was standard, as expected of hotels of this calibre. Location is very good
The Staff. The check in time was 3 pm which is even later than the usual 2 pm in most hotels. I had been waiting since 1 pm & requested them for 2 pm check in. However, till 3.45 when there was no sign of my room, I went to the reception. They told me the standard reply that they had been telling me for 2 hours "as soon as possible" which is a stupid reply. I fired them & told them that ASAP could also mean 9 pm. When I did not accept their reply, they did the ultimate mistake of offering me a "free coffee for my patience". That was the last straw. I fired the guy at the reception & told him that you are trying to pacify me with a coffee, as if I am a kid & you are giving me a chocolate to quieten me? On hearing this, the manager came out of the back office & told me to either wait or I could leave & apply for refund with booking.com. That's it! I was shocked at his behavior. Anyway, I thought it was not wise to escalate the matter & asked him when I could expect my room. He checked & said in 10 minutes. Since I had waited almost 3 hours, I could wait for another 10 minutes. Finally, I got my room at 3.55 pm. This is the worst experience I have had a hotel booked with booking.com

Staff was ok but the questions about the extra bed was handled poorly by the reception. The said I don't have a choice but to pay although the fault is at their end.
The property advertised a triple room and asked extra for the extra bed. Ultimately I had to pay the property twice once for initial booking and the next for an extra bed.
