One bed room King suite was amazing with all the amenities. On top of that the hotel gave us an amazing complimentary gift box with a lot of sweets for the occasion of Eid
Rooftop Pool is small and gets crowded easily. The gym although equipped well doesn’t have machines for biceps and triceps

Long que for check in and during breakfast.
Would have been better if they have added additional staff to assist considering the number of guest.
Also our access card was de-activated twice and we need to inform the reception.
Apparently, they forgot to charged my credit card during our check in. Since they have my contact, they could have called me to inform me to settle it immediately.

Exceptional customer service from booking to check-out. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Gotham for his warm smile and quick assistance at reception, and Mr. Moses for always helping us with our bags.
The rooms were nice and cozy, the dinner and breakfast were both enjoyable, and the swimming area was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The gym was the perfect size, and the sauna was also very clean. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay!

Centrally located. Decent size well maintatined rooms. F&B needs some improvement. Staff is friendly and very accomodative.
Underground parking very cramped to enter. Difficult to park bigger vehicles.

The food with live Indian music was OK. staff in restaurant were good. check-in staff were also fairly good
Booking.com was unfair. I clearly asked close to WTC Dubai and that was not the place. it is a shame as I use this platform most of the times when I travel

I definitely recommend this hotel. My experience was awesome from check-in to check-out everything was perfect.
The front desk staff are very kind and supportive. Concierge team is awesome! Friendly, kind and very helpful all the time.
The breakfast is high quality with a whole lot of fresh and tasty food. The restaurant team is great! All of them.
Location is very nice, since it's possible to move around easily either by taxi, Uber,metro or even walking. Many attractions can be visited on a short distance walk (at least for those who like walking, as I do).
Cleaning is a big 10!! Everything is very clean and family environment.
To make it short, I'd say I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

For the price and quality of the hotel, I would expect a more comfortable bathroom,more and better quality amenities and, a better shower.
I'm not saying they are bad, but could definitely be better. So here my suggestion of something to be improved.

Firstly , not value for money. Starts with NO VALLET service, when you park the car in the basement you 90% chance end up scratching car (only tiny cars can be fit). worst restaurant.
