Getting to and from Rome

Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport, the main airport, is located west of the center of Rome. The Leonardo Express runs every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes to go nonstop to Termini Station. Local trains are also available as well as several buses. Some international flights arrive at Rome Ciampino Airport, about 7.5 miles from the center of Rome. Several buses take about 40 minutes to run to Termini Station, the metro and other local stations.
