The facilities are nice, located in nature with animals roaming around. No need to go on a game drive. The animals come to you.
The rooms are nice but do not with the price. If you stay at the club, I recommend you ask for a room on the right side of reception to have a view. The rooms on the left side don’t.
Note that in the photos it looks like the Club is right next to they water pond where animals come. It is not the case. The main hotel is. You have to walk there to be close to the animals.
The menu offers a small selection of dishes that are same everyday. A many change or wider selection would be great.
Some staff and concierge are very great and go out of their way but others don’t really have the skillset.

The grounds of the Safari Lodge and Club were breathtaking, nestled at the edge of Zambezi National Park. The Club had a beautiful pool which felt very private. The breakfast, tea time, canapés and dinners were all excellent. The rooms were spacious with a complimentary minibar and laundry included.
The only negative was spotty WiFi service in the room, yet this did not detract from the overall experience.

It is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms all back onto the land where there are waterholes for elephants, warthogs, bush bucks, and plentiful birdlife to congregate.
The vulture feeding was a highlight with Moses explaining how important they are in the ecosystem.
I would have liked to see typical Afican food on the menu.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Club. Very relaxing location, with wonderful staff to make your stay comfortable. The high tea and sundowner hour were relaxing highlights for us that we loved. A beautiful sunset view and a free shuttle into town to see the falls. We will be coming back and staying here again.
