The rooms were spacious, the lady was friendly, the place was quiet and the wifi was good.
There was no hot water, we were moved to another logde which was not the one on booking.com.

Good location, clean environment and atmosphere is calm
I had a problem with water not coming out from shower because the early morning l left water didn’t come out and had to leave without showering. I was double charged and asked for my refund, l did not get it

A nice room, clean, people are very helpful and friendly. This is also an excellent budget place in the town.
Two problems: (1) during "load-shedding" (blackout), whichbis most time dsy and night, water (not only hot water) is gone and you cannot charge the phone, (2) the location is very far from the town centre and the falls

the lady in charge (Catherine) was kind.
It was a weird place, and although the lady was very kind the key situation was a disaster. First, the house does not lock, only the bedrooms have a key. Second, there is a wannabe security guard who has to open the gate but when we came back at night he was nowhere to be found. We hooted and knocked very hard on the gate for a while until we climbed over the wall (this was VERY easy!) and finally found a small key to open the gate (the car was still outside). Nobody heard or saw anything. The next morning there were so many random people walking through the house (the guard who was also the pool cleaner, the cleaning lady, people staying in the other house, etc). After I told the lady in charge what had happened she confronted the security guard, but he did not seem to understand/care what was going on....
