general service and response to our needs
on the last day it was a bit loud on the room next to us. that the property doest charge the card trough the booking.com platform, this results to unplanned for charges

A smaller lodge made for a more intimate experience and the staff were amazing at meeting our needs. The breakfast was great and the bartender, Richard, is a wonderful conversationalist, who rounded out our evenings, making our stay very special.

Quiet neighborhood — walkable to downtown Victoria Falls. Included breakfast was nice. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Not much variety on dinner menu — and prices were just a bit high compared to the other options in the neighborhood or downtown.

LOUSY internet - on 1-4 seconds, then off for a minute. Couldn’t get email or much else because of the constant fluctuations.
