The location was great
Lots of insects , spiderwebs.bedding was dirty and stained,leaking bathrooms.The location was great and staff were great and helpful but the problem was in the small details.the villa is not maintained great so insects are dropping from the thatch roof all the time,leaking bathroom facilities,bathrooms themselves not great,looked old and not comfortable to have a relaxing shower in,no hot wter in half the showerooms for duration of the five day stay.

The experience was fantastic.
Mercy and her team area amazing She personally received our group of 12 at the airport with an amazing mini shuttle bus and luggage cart. Help us load all the luggages. was patient with us and allowed us to enjoy the boma dance on arrival, took a lot of images and videos and joined in our group to party with us.
She was very meticulous with all the details, precise timings and went through step by step on our activity plan, made sure all resources are in place and all this while not even being pushy for the money. She was so accommodating, kept us in our pace we desired and got everything sorted perfectly well.
Including our transfer to botswana, where we were at a rush because of flight changes, but her team at the border, help us clear the formalities, coordianted with the flight staff and got them waiting for us and we were there on time 30 minutes before take off, quick checkin, and then off we were towards okavango delta.
Big thank you to Irock team and we will stay at this place on our future tours as well.
the floor in the room is super smooth and slightly felt slippery. Which is a minor fix they will work on. But overall, wouldnt call it much of a complaint.

Wonderful
As a birdwatcher and wildlife lover, the location was great for me. It is on the edge of the national park, and I spent a couple of hours walking near the place. Rooms are very quiet and beautiful. The staff were very kind and ready to help.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Our host assisted us with excursion arrangements and provided very reliable transportation. The location is close to the airport very quite and safe.
Only swimming pool missing for the hot sunny days to cool of and relax in.

Amazing place to stay if you visit Victoria Falls, close to the airport and the actual falla entrance. Sammu pick us up and back to the airport. And give us transportation and advices to do extra things, even visit nearby Livingstone in Zambia
