Elephant Hills Resort is a special place!!! We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any need we had. I will recommend this resort to anyone visiting Victoria Falls.
The bathrooms are slightly outdated but we were told that they are being renovated soon and we can’t wait to go back!!!

Location is close to Vic Falls and hotel has a free shuttle to take you there. Room was spacious and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner was very good with good variety. Grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. All staff amazingly friendly and helpful

The resort catered to all our needs. From the efficient housekeeping to warm and friendly staff at the restaurant. I visited during my birthday. The restaurant staff sang for me and gave me a cake on the day.

Location
Unfortunately the central government forces them to reject or charge you 5.5% for using US$ that were issued before 2006. They want US$ bills that were issued after 2006 , which is ridiculous considering that the US$ is printing in the use and they still have those bills in circulation.

Wonderful
I chose well with this resort while staying at Victoria Falls. The resort was perfectly located a short driving distance from Victoria Falls town and the actual Victoria Falls Park on the Zimbabwe side. I loved how warm and welcoming the staff were here and I immediately noticed it as soon as I arrived with how they greeted me and the welcome smoothie I was given. My room overall was great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved how they had a can of bug spray in the room for guests to use in case we didn’t bring one. Trust me you will need that can of bug spray haha because there’s a lot of bugs and mosquitoes flying around outside. The food the resort served at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent every time I went! The resort itself had lots to offer as well besides great food and drinks. There was a swimming pool area, spa, golf course, and an opportunity to walk out into the national park that surrounded the resort. At times I would see wildlife outside my hotel room balcony too which was cool to see.
While my room was great it did look aged in some parts particularly in the bathroom in the bathtub and around the shower and sink knobs. Parts of the room like those definitely could use some renovations but that was only a minor gripe though and it didn’t deter me from enjoying my stay too much

Stunning scenery, amazing view from bar and restaurant. Lovely and attentive staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Decor is dated but clean and absolutely fine.
I dont recommend the airport pick-up transfers, as they group passengers, and immigration is so slow that it could be a long wait for everyone. Driver was pretty mean and intimidating when I asked to get a taxi instead to avoid the long wait for other passengers (family was tired from a long journey).

Breakfast was amazing, Location excellent and the courtesy shuttle bus went all day on the hour. Staff went out of their way to assist you, and the activities desk and guest relations desk were super helpful. Sad to leave

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle was very good and we could align with the driver on pick up and drop off location, that was very appriciated. It was clean and had everything we needed, beautiful surroundings. Rooms were a bit older style, but didn't matter to us as everything was clean.
