This property is just AMAZING !!! The staff is so attentive and the rooms are super super spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again. ABSOLUTLY loved this hotel

A little bit removed from town - need to organise transport to go anywhere. Expensive... but everything in the area is expensive!

The staff were accommodating on our times for all meals, and the meals were great, and the bar staff Clive was fantastic.
The rooms were very spacious and clean.
We would definitely stay here again.

They made the trip effortless. Everything was booked for us in advance, so we skipped the long queues. The responses were timely while booking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities were beautiful and family-friendly.
They don't have a mini fridge in the rooms.

I needed a couple of days of pampered comfort after 10 days camping in the bush and Bayete provided that. I loved the tropical garden and swimming pool. My bed was enormous and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was nice and big with a good shower although I was slightly disconcerted by the windows looking out to a back area with a tank. There was a blind you could pull down but these were the only windows providing natural light. There were no windows in the bedroom and not much room around the bed and limited space for clothes. There were tea & coffee making facilities. No TV but I didn’t mind. It was not really a room for hanging out in but the gardens were so lovely with sitting nooks that I was happy to relax outside. I had 2 excellent breakfasts and a good dinner. The staff were unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful and provided excellent service.

At first sight the Lodge looks a little basic, but I grew into it and found it very comfortable with everything that I wanted readily to hand. The room was pretty good with mosquito nets round the bed. The bathroom was ok but basic. The breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order, good size portions. We ate there one night and it was fine but a bit overpriced. Staff were excellent
They charged 17USD per person for a pick up from the airport which is about double the local rate. They charged 3% on credit cards which is too high.

Great staff, great rooms, clean, restaurant and bar were great!
Drain in shower did not work well. Our triple did not have a door to the bathroom.

The charm of the staff and the place itself is beyond. The moment you arrive all your woes and worries are forgotten. Neatly cured by a lovely staff and with a million details to discover this is the perfect place to recharge you batteries. Amazing garden and great restaurant!
Wifi Codes expire after 2 days which of course will happen at inconvenient times. Internet could be faster but that's a general issue of the area, not of this property alone.
