I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Rachel for the exceptional service she provided during our stay. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and that our rooms were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. As returning guests, she remembered how particular I am about having a spotless bathroom and she ensured it was taken care of at all times, which I really appreciated.
The level of service we experienced during this visit was notably improved compared to my previous stay three weeks ago, and it made a meaningful difference to our overall experience.
I would also like to thank the rest of the team for their dedication and support. Your collective efforts are greatly appreciated.
What I did not like was having to share the entrance with other guests. It was sometimes uncomfortable when other guests walked in while we were relaxing in the lounge, and on occasion having to share the bathroom was not ideal.

It is convenient and close to the main city.
Having to wait for someone to open the gate every time I wanted to enter or leave was inconvenient; an electric gate would be a much better option. During my week long stay, I only had hot water on one day. The rest of the time the water was cold or lukewarm. While this wasn’t a major issue in summer, it could be quite challenging in winter.
The bathroom was generally fine, but it would benefit from more attention to cleanliness, particularly the bathtubs, sink basins, and toilet bowls. In addition, there are no proper towel hooks for hanging towels after bathing. Using a nail to hang towels does not meet the standards we expect from a guest house, and improving this would greatly enhance the experience.

Staffs are extremely nice!
It’s a bit far from the town, but you can take a combi from the mall called Big b to the town for only 0.5USD.
Few things in the facilities could be improved.
I stayed 2 nights and couldn’t have hot shower for both days.
I usually take shower at night, so I don’t know the situation in the morning.
Also, as a female solo traveler, I would’ve felt even safer if there were iron bars on the window, which seems pretty common in Harare. (I only stayed there 2 nights so I’m not sure)

Stuff members are very friendly and helpful.
I think they should have an automatic gate to easy access in and out of the property at night or to have a security who can open the gate quickly rather than wait a long time for a member of staff to wake up dress and walk to open the gate.

Room was clean. Room was self contained. I enjoyed watching television as I had access to my favorite TV channels. Easy access to public transportation. Despite challenges with electronic money transfers, payment for the room was made on arrival
The room was small. There was no desk to work from. Breakfast was not part of the room.

The staff were exceptionally excellent. They have good communication and interpersonal skills
The bathroom has poor drainage. The fridge was just empty without even water to drink. No snacks in the room and there was no electricity.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room size was comfortable and it was clean. The shared kitchen is very nice. We ordered breakfast aside and it was brought to our room at the requested time. It was possible to pay everything by card.
The water pressure was low, so it took a while taking a shower. There is a mosque nearby that can make noise at inconvenient times for a few minutes.

Affordable rates, helpful and friendly staff and great location. Wifi and TV in the room also a nice touch.
The glass door going into the toilet from the bedroom was see through. These doors shouldnt be see through for privacy.
Signage is poor, it was a bit of a challenge to find the lodge even for InDrive.
