It's a quiet place and proximity to CBD
The security is poor. The person who opened the gate took very long to open the gate, making it risky for guests to wait long at the gate.

Good breakfast provided every morning. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood just outside the CBD. Easy to catch kombi into town.
Couldn't get into the property. Buzzer was broken and I got stuck outside the first night and had to get someone to call the owner for it to get opened.

Its in a quiet and secure location, you feel at home with the friendly staff. Its convenient for to and from airport. As a guest house, I think it offers value for money at the rates, the facilities, breakfast etc. Every room has little fridge which is cool

The shower handle was broken and the bin is too big for the room. A smaller bin that can fit under the desk could be used

Had a good breakfast in the room and the plates and cutlery were not collected Left the room around lunch time and on my arrival later around evening the bed was not made up And the plates for breakfast were still there
