Helpful, friendly staff. Room comfortable and spacious. Nice bar/restaurant area and pool.
A cereal/muesli/yoghurt option at breakfast for my wife would be nice.

I liked the restaurant .
The service was poor, they promised coffee but we didn't get it, there wasn't hot water and air conditioning wasn't working so good. The television only 4 channels available. I was charged $55, but the receipt was written $50

The kitchen did not open on time (7am) as I was told but only after 8am The setup of kitchen was poor, breakfast was served at what actually a coffee table There were no towels in the room The cistern was not properly closing, overflowing water and thus making noise

Bar should at least close at 9pm to allow the guest to rest. My two nights were restless due to noise that went on till the early hours of the next morning. I felt like l threw my money into a drain as l did not get the full rest l needed.
