Breakfast was tasty. They delivered what they promised.
The Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. Also, for hot water provision, the geyser should be ready once the guests checked in.

That my card was declined due to restrictions placed on Zimbabwe and had to pay cash. Not the hotel's fault though!

They accepted my booking via booking.com for the deluxe chalets on arrival they increased the price and demaned more money after driving for 45 mins to the place i was denined the pre confirmed rooms, i was so greatly inconvinienced had to search for another place and it was late in the night and they are so close to Mbare we could have got hurt or robbed.
