Most of the staff are friendly and helpful . The food is tasty, and plentiful. Cleaners not in my way. I am a pescatarian and I found lots of food to eat in buffets usually when I travel that is difficult to find food which I enjoy eating
Some of the staff, few, were not helpful when asked for help. Empty fridge except for water. Waiting for an elevator for a long time when in a hurry

It's too public for political people most of whom are not ethical to holidaymakers and have a carefree attitude on facility usage.
The welcome...there no welcoming porters until you get to the reception area. There's need to have porters to welcome visitors regardless of whether they are local or external

Rooms are spacious and clean, beddings too, breakfast was great, had dinner only once but it was good. Very quiet for good sleep, Staff are very friendly.
Lifts seemed slow and one had to wait for long, not sure what the problem was or is. The management needs to fumigate, saw small roaches once in a while during my stay.
