Nothing. Did not get to see facilities as was moved to anither hotel
Booked 6 month in advance but on day way told hotel was full. There was no communication of this. I had a family including a 2 yr old. Move to another hotel with no choice. Staff were crude and just had to do there job. No customer service for the xash i was paying

Convenient location
Air conditioning system needs to be sorted. There was a lot of hot air in the room. When we raised this issue, they came and sorted the outlet pipe to extinguish it properly.

The room was clean, had beautiful views of the Harare gardens and it was comfortable
The water was not very hot on my first morning but next morning was ok not sure why the difference. Their meals were ridiculously expensive. Have travelled all over the world and been in several hotels breakfast is always complimentary and comes with your room booking so to be charged $40 for breakfast was ridiculous and unjustifiable

Staff very friendly.
Decor is tired.
No aircon that could be controlled by room occupants. Staff did assist by supplying us with a portable aircon.
Buffet dinner on offer was average.

Location and spacious
I indicated in my booking that I was bringing a 7 year old child but I was made to pay $20 for her breakfast at the facility. Why was the cost kept hidden during my booking? The hotel staffs attitude didnt help either

The pics on the booking site does not meet the expectation. The actual place can use a bit of renovation as its old.
