I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist and coworker were engrossed in conversation, ignoring me entirely. After greeting them and requesting to check in, I was asked again if I wanted to check in, which felt redundant.
The booking price was $107, but there was an additional $2 per person tax, which had to be paid in cash. With only $110 in cash, I had to scramble to find an extra dollar to cover the total amount.
The room itself was subpar, resembling something from the 1950s. Everything was old and worn out, with stains everywhere. The bathroom was particularly unhygienic, with a strong stench and a shower that flooded the entire area within minutes.
Staying in Room 704, I woke up with itchy bites all over my body. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience was a letdown, and I'll be avoiding this place in the future.

The location was excellent as it was in the heart of Harare, i was able to move around the city and meet up with friends and family.
I was looking forward to using the pool facilities but sadly it was under maintenance.

It’s situated in the CBD and the WiFi is very fast
On the app it mentions there is a rooftop and a pool of which that’s not fair as the pool has not been in use for a very very long time, No Netflix and YouTube and the room was so hot when I opened the window it was too loud outside
