Housekeeping should be done at least once every 2 days for long stay. At least provide for long stay more tissue paper and even a soap in your bathrooms and then air freshener

There are no signs or number to locate the place.

Dear Booking.com, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience. I had made a reservation for an apartment in Harari through your website, but upon arriving at the location, I was unable to find the address. I spent over three hours searching for the apartment with a Zimbabwean colleague, but we were unsuccessful. After exhausting all other options, I called the apartment's provided phone number and spoke with the host, who refused to provide the physical address. As a result, I was left stranded in an unfamiliar place, which caused a great deal of anxiety and stress. I feel that I have been subjected to a scam and have suffered significant psychological harm as a result of this experience. As a customer who made a reservation through a reputable platform such as Booking.com, I believe I am entitled to compensation for this abuse. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution to the issue. Most horrible experience . I went to the apartment and was told that its occupied.. No communication whatsoever from the host, I sent numerous messages with no response..I had to arrange alternative accommodation last minute and that was the most horrible thing because it was already late ,Definitely don't recommend, they should have communicated to let me know that the apartment is occupied instead of being silent until now, no apologies, no communication.
