Jacaranda Boutique Hotel in Harare is truly a hidden gem, tucked away in the very safe and serene Alexandra Park area. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Samira and her staff delivered excellent customer service throughout, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that genuinely felt like a home away from home. A special mention goes to Gift who runs his own transportation service and whose close association with the hotel and competitive rates added an extra layer of comfort and convenience for a first-time visitor. Always on hand to take you sightseeing and give you an insider's guide to Harare or to help you find the best place for a delicious plate of sadza, his presence made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Harare and looking for comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely return
