They canceled my booking and when arrived l had nowhere to stay , they booked me in another hotel that is not of the same standard

The facility is ok. The place is quiet and good for business talk and having fun. The waiter guy was very helpful. .
Beverage Knowledge needs to be improved as per Ihg standards. Staff need to know All classic menu cocktails by heart. To be able to explain the prices not to open the menu and go through again as it delays the order and looks unprofessional . Small complaints should be taken seriously even a simple complaint. Failing to notice the dislikes or the fraturation of the guest will cause a bad repetition of the brand. Apart from everything their Buffet is well organized, l like it. I can't wait to visit again with my friends next year.

Location was good for the city area and not as noisy as some hotels but sleeping with the window open was difficult. Bedding with duvet only suited air conditioning similar hotels have a sheet and duvet for flexibility Staff were polite and friendly Breakfast (included) food option was good
WiFi was OK but constantly dropped the link if not used for a time so signing in again was a regular occurrence. Aside to breakfast the food menu was generally not priced and the snacks and evening buffet were expensive for a basic quality Pool; area was safe and clean but lacking in number os tables and sun beds

The reception staff are very cold and unwelcoming.
The reception area needs a revamp.

We arrived early, but the hotel had us in our room by noon, and let us use their internet while waiting. Easy walk to the National Gallery of Art and many local restaurants.
Breakfasts were outrageously expensive. We never had breakfast in the hotel, preferring the Afrotopia Cafe in the National Gallery or the doughnut shop across the street. Our airport transfer was a wild ride down dirt sidewalks on the wrong side of the street. Cost the driver his tip.

Serenity and the friendly environment
The lobby is too crowded with improperly dressed people making it a little uncomfortable. A dress code might instill confidence in visitors that thwy will be safe.
