Checking inn took like for ever.. he was busy with with things till I asked .?
Food look good but didn't taste good. Orange juice was like there poured sugar.

CLEANINESS OF PLACE
The shuttle arrangement from the airport was a disaster. First we asked for the shuttle on booking and it didn't show up until we called the hotel and that's when the shuttle was arranged after an hour of waiting. Payment for the shuttle was no communicated and it was just put in our room account.

I loved the comfortable beds - staff from every level made you feel like family! Breakfast was great especially the omelette! - the shower was superb and I'm so happy the Aircon worked so well. I loved the fact that the room had all I needed, fridge, iron etc. Will definitely stay again.
Honestly worth every penny.
The only thing was one day when I was given rotten milk for my tea - i didnt drink it. It only happened once and was out of character but care really must be taken

Everything needs to improve, especially the lobby area and the pool area.
Facilities are a bit dated they need to improve them. There was dust by the window areas

I liked the rooms , they were clean.
My package included a drink but I was made to pay even after explaining to the manager on duty , who gave me the assurance that I would not but on checking out I was asked to pay and just paid. On checking in I was not told that I have to tap the access card to the room in the lift and I kept going up and down until a good Samaritan assisted.
