Pleasant
The food was very good, especially breakfast, and the property was clean and well maintained.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Parking is limited, and the beds are quite small for plus-size guests, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom drainage wasn’t working properly during my stay.

Breakfast was okay with some good options but became repetitive for a long stay. Staff is very good with special shout out to Sibo at the front desk, the manager Ronald and Wilar with the Facilities team who were very sweet and helpful. All in all a stellar team!
Rooms need to be renovated and there were a few issues - clogged bathtub, TV sensor not working. Generally the hotel standards need to be renovated as prices are quite high.

- after 3 attempts through Booking to get a shuttle from the airport, I had to give up and organize one by myself
- the stairs to the room are... An escape staircase...
- the TV set wouldn't work properly. I complained several times but it took two days to fix it

There was a misunderstanding about the Laundry,as we had inquired day before,it could be fixed but the manager on duty spoke to us right infront of da reception door with the laundry master,who was talking in his loudest voice,basically shouting,l asked is this how u treat your guest ?he then turned to say we black people who don’t want 2 pay?shocking experience EVER‼️firstly we didn’t order them to pick up our clothes ,we jus inquired..the manager was just there but not there ,very poor way of solving any conflict,
