Shower / bath was so narrow you could sit in the tub !!!!
The view of the window was horrific

Breakfast was one , there was a variety of goods to eats and the hotel is strategically located in the city centre which is great.
1. They demanded my cvv number which we all know is confidential 2. There was no WiFi the whole night yet they advertised that the facility has WiFi. 3. There are no elevators in the building. My mother had an asthma attack after climbing all those stairs. Really disappointing.

Oasis Hotel was one of the most comfortable accommodation I ever had. Rooms were kept clean at all times! Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful whenever I needed their help! Their shuttle service staff - especially Hillary, was a family member away from our family members! Never met someone so helpful! God Bless Hillary and keep him safe until we meet again!!!

Steps to the 3rd floor was challenging 1st day but enjoyed 'climbing' thereafter.

Ample parking spaces were available and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I had a porter who carried my bags from the car to my room which was an added welcome.
My room was not cleaned on Sunday, and my bags were not collected on departure. I struggled to work out my air conditioning; no one came to assist me even though they had said someone was coming.

The service was good and the place was clean,and also close to CBD
Your bed was not comfortable at all and lastly your breakfast it was not even nice the mashed potatoes were so cold.
