The breakfast and the cleanliness, of the rooms
They took top long to get us rooms and when the changed shift they didn't let the new people know we are still waiting for rooms,,,the wifi was not Soo good this time most especially in the rooms ,,by the restaurant it was good.

Ruth at reception was great! Very pleasant and helpful. The Lady at the reservations office was super nice and helpful. Nomzulu (spelling?) made perfect over easy eggs on the grill and with a very pleasant smile. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The dinner buffet was good with the disappointment mentioned below.
The beef and chicken on the buffet was always WAY overcooked and tough.
