Pleasant
Good communication with host, decent value for money, and responsive and flexible check in. Plenty of rooms and bed options.
While generally clean, the house was somewhat dim and dated. Location was not near city center or any food/shopping options.

Very spacious apartment! Extremely helpful staff, Baron and Ben both were very responsive and even let me keep the car parked in the garage an extra few days!
Only not soo positive note is the rather slow WiFi and no AC in the rooms but there always were some fans which did the job as well!, but apart from that, all perfect!

Location was easy to find. Beautiful, clean, safe, great security and spacious house. Great hospitality from the hosts Ben and all his staff. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The place is easy to get to, especially from the airport. Very clean premises and responsive host. I like the power back up system in the house as we always had power. The 3 bathrooms options were very helpful for our schedule, a great tick there.
Not a dislike but the main shower initially took time to heat up however it eventually reached warmer temperatures.

No hot water - the geyser had not been switched on before we arrived. We also had load-shedding for much of our time there and were not warned about it.

There was no breakfast included in our package. A very good location which is close to the highway and very easy to find.
Shower room was still being fixed and hot water didn't come promptly. Solar power cut off during the night and there was no back up. But the host was always in touch and really apologised for the inconveniences. At the end of the day, it's kinda of the norm in Zimbabwe so we didn't see this as an effect to our stay.

The property is in a suburban area with little else around it. The internet was hardly working the first day. One needs transport to stay at this place. Also requires adapters since most were Australian
