Property was clean and comfortable , a lovely garden and the service was good.
if theres no power which we expect in Zim , there is no Hot water in our room ...more solar geysers would be good !

The lady at the property has very poor customer service, very rude, mean and unfriendly. Paid USD10.00 for a plate of pap and chicken which was poorly cooked, for that same quality one can pay USD1.00 in town.

The janitor, very young and helpful.
Firstly the owner double booked for my day 2 , I had to be moved to another of their BNbs called Glengary, another nightmare as well full of mosquitoes. Only good thing was that the owner paid for the transport to the new place.
Fleming place had old linen, old carpets that may need replacing with tiles. The property is partly under renovation with bags of cement outside raising dust.

He does all he can to make sure that you feel at home
Fleming place is definitely a home away from home
Unfortunately, Fleming Place is not easily accessible especially if you are not driving
It is a bit far off the public transport routes

Good breakfast fits the bill. Quiet setting and garden. David the owner was quiet friendly and knowledgeable, had breakfast with us. Not forgetting the other staff, friendly. MaMsipha the house keeper was a gem.
