A comfortable, standard city centre hotel - the rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Breakfast was not very exciting and the hotel lasked atmosphere

Very clean, nice location
No hot water in the shower, luke warm water.
No privacy, cleaners coming in very early every morning for room service, thought that was optional!
Members of staff commenting about dress code, not appropriate, told there is a dress code to maintain
NB Had booked for my 2 daughters 3 nights!

Car park is some distance from the hotel entrance, not secure at all, and I wasn't comfortable going to the car to fetch my things.
The corridors are dirty and badly need renovation.
The bed that I slept on was the most uncomfortable bed I've used in a very long time. It should be a very old bed. It was so very hard.
The shower cubicle was dirty and also needs replacing.
There was no safe in the room.

The bed was comfortable.
We ate lunch there which was overpriced based on the quality of the food. The tv remote control didn't work. I was expecting a regular stand-up shower but instead we had a bathtub with a hose that had a shower head on it. The women's bathroom in the lobby was paddle locked but the men's was open, no idea why. I had to ask for the key to use it like at a gas station.
