Toilets are so old .. there is no hand washer
No elevator
Doors need maintenance as one of it was totally broken
Mosquitoes were terrible

Great breakfast, friendly staff and the coffee machine at reception is a nice touch.
The dinner service was very slow with over an hour wait for our main meal.

Great facilities, awesome rooms … the staff were the best … excellent service and always willing to assist. Rooms were spacious and food was great with a great breakfast spread.

It was clean
The room service food (the butter chicken) was not good. It was a mere chicken breast in curry. The chicken nuggets took a while. The hotel's focus seems to be on the breakfast menu and not the food menu as a whole.

The staff are awesome, spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained. Good menu and great food. Loadsheading was not an issue as they have back up and the wifi signal is good. Enjoyable stay.
Need a decent movie channel, can be pricey.

The proximity to the airport.
Our luggage did not come through with us upon check in (delayed by the airline). The hotel could not offer us bath gown as not available. No much variety for Menu for bfast
