The location was good
No wash cloths, the bath tub looked old for a fairly new hotel. The elevator and room had an unpleasant smell. Not sure if that's how all rooms are designed. I expected a shower not a handheld spray.

The breakfast was excellent with its wide variety, The staff was delightful and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Their recommended taxi driver for us was really nice, timely , patient and very familiar with his country and surroundings and kept us safe.
The shower was a little challenging.

The Zambian staff at the reception were very friendly and nice.
We could not order Chinese food in the restaurant, as the menu was in Chinese. The air-con was in Chinese - impossible to understand, and all information in the room as well. Tried to call the reception several times, but only got a Chinese voicemail. And although it was said that the rooms were no-smoking, it was ashtrays in the rooms, and a clear smell of sigarettes. We stayed two nights, but there was no housekeeping after the first night in any of the three rooms we stayed in, I was out of toilet paper (they only give you very small rolls) and actually had to go down to the reception (since I could not call) 4 times before anyone came with a new roll. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast staff were great and helpful.
Several rooms we were shown stank of cigarettes and other things. It was such a strong smell even in the corridors. People were smoking everywhere with doors open. I had to switch hotels after a day.
